Shiquita Horton I been a long time customer at this location. Every time I get my nails done at this location not even 2 days later my nail paint is always chipping. I recently got my nails done last Wednesday 3 of my nails is chipped. I went to back to have them repair a broken nail and to fix the 3 chip nails. They told me it would $30 and I had to get all my nails repainted because three were chipped. Which is insane when I just paid them $110 last Wednesday. The problem is their paint is not quality and they don’t take care of their customers. They have lost my business over $30 dollars. Please run from this place!!

Terrene Dionne LOVE THIS PLACE.. Came one day and never stopped coming!!!!! And i’m a extra ass client! They show me so much love. Full set on my toes- PERFECT.. nails short and classy, extra square!! My favorite nail salon!

Tarika Hendricks I absolutely LOVE this salon. Adi has done my nails twice and the second time was even better than the first set . My nails are exactly what I wanted from a picture I had her reference from another site and the results beyond exceeded my expectations. My nails are perfection! Ryan did my pedicure and it is flawless ! I recommend this salon to anyone and everyone in the Conyers area . They never miss the mark and the establishment is always nice and clean ! Let me not forget that their services for little girls is AMAZING and worth every penny ! My daughters were over joyed at the patience and care they received. The service was great but the experience for them was above all. This place is a one stop shop for sure . 10/10 for me and from my girls . Please see Adi if you want your nails to be perfect !!!! Niyah Vidaa I went to go get my nails done YESTERDAY & one already broken. They already gave me terrible service & double price. Horrible work conditions. 0/10 would not recommend. I did not like the nails i received & still payed the price. The nails was very chunky & rushed.

nikkie harris This is my second time here I gave them the benefit of the doubt cause they messed up my nails the first time I was like I’ll give them another try only for them to rush through everything and still didn’t look good I had to tell lady multiple time what I wanted my nails were not what I showed her the first picture is what I wanted the second and third is what I got smh I’m not going back I have this place two chances when you ask them to do something it’s like they have an attitude….

Tina C This place is no longer my favorite. Terrible when it comes to communicating. I have gone here several times simply asking for service and it’s like a big deal each time. Tina is very rude and the others are non chulant. They obviously don’t care about their customers. Had a pedicure done last week and one of my toes needed to be redone. I walked in had only one question. Can someone redo my toe. You would have thought I accused them of doing something awful when I simply asked to have it redone. It was no big deal to me who did it nor was an accusing anyone. It’s always a problem here lately so I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go someplace where customers are valued and the environment is pleasant!

Rhonda Peterson This was the most awful experience Ive ever had. My pedicure literally lasted for 11 minutes. Nothing was put in the water. The massage chair was turned on by me and still going when she finished my pedicure. They are in a rush. No updated colors for gel polish. The color for your nails are completely different from the gel color for your toes. However, they said it was a company error. My so-called fill in was horrible. Total time for an awful fill in and pedicure lasted 37 minutes. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time and money.

Pastor V Green Been coming here off and on for 10 years and these ladies are still very professional and friendly! Excellent service and the nail tech is always a pleasure to see and to work with!

Watched the other stylists while Allison did my hair and they all did beautiful color, cuts and styles. Love the fact that I can go on their site and make my own appointments whether for nails or hair. A hidden "jewel" that I am glad I found!!

Rachael Brunell Wendy is great! She did an excellent job with my sons hair, so I decided to book us both for the next visit. I havent had a proper haircut in a while so Im looking forward to seeing what she can do with it. Ill update after my appointment.

Dana Joyner I have been using Becca for over 10 years . I moved over an hour away and started using someone else near me. What a mistake. I learn my lesson. It’s worth that drive is she is absolutely amazing.

Brown Kristina (Krissy) Thursday was my first time going here and I loved it! The receptionist was so nice and welcoming! Erin was the one that did my hair and is AMAZING! Im very picky about my hair and most stylists mess it up and cut it wrong but Erin did a wonderful job! She listened to what I wanted and my hair came out perfect plus she is so nice. I cant wait to go back!

Crystal Sutherland A simple pedicure took one hour and 45 minutes. The place smelled like boiled eggs and cigarette smoke. Polish used was old and clumpy. Drying station for pedicure was disgustingly dirty. Hair blowing around and sticking to my wet toe nails.I wish i could leave zero stars. Never ever again will I go here.

Crystal Hernandez The gel polish on my fingernails can last over a month and still look decent, and without chips. The regular polish on my toes lasts even longer. I love the service at Alexa Nail Spa.

Sarah Minna Boyd I stopped in here with my daughter after a hair cut next door. I walked in and said, "I need to take mine off and paint hers a regular polish, please." We were seated quickly because there were no customers. Shouldve been a sign. The gentleman that removed my acrylic set was so rough that most of it hurt. That service was $15. My nails are jagged and broke before making it home. Next... The woman who painted my 3 year olds nails was AGRESSIVE. She didnt speak to my daughter. Instead, she reached across and would grab and force her hands in position to complete the service. I was asked when we sat down if this was her first time or not, and no, it wasnt. I am blessed with a very patient and very well-behaved kid. The way she treated my daughter was absolutely unacceptable. We typically visit the salon *directly across the street* but, in a hurry, we stopped here. Never again.

megan uryga I have been coming to this salon for nearly fifteen years. The owner and her daughter are lovely people and fantastic technicians. Many places can paint nicely, but Mary Ann and Cathy take time to truly clean and shape the foot/hand/nailbed. You can tell how much pride each woman takes in her work. I usually get pedicures, and they often last 6-8 weeks because of the quality of the products and service.

Penelope Anderson I have been a client of this Love and Care nails for quite a number of years and I could not be more satisfied with the love and care I receive. All the staff are friendly, professional and delightful. They have a small staff, so there are occasions when they are booked up at a particular time, but Marian ALWAYS works very hard to negotiate a satisfactory appointment for me, and since I would not even think of going somewhere else, Im willing to juggle my time in order to get the love and care I receive from Love and Care Nails!

Larissa Davis The window says walk-ins welcome, but I went with my mother-in-law, who made an appointment, and was very rudely told that they couldnt do a pedicure or anything for that matter because they are too busy. There are only three people total being helped here. You would think they would want your business and make you feel welcome. This was not the case. I was made to feel unwelcome and an inconvenience. I am sitting in the waiting area waiting on my MIL to finish her pedicure so we can leave. I can guarantee I will not be back to this establishment.

Julianne Robinson Do not go here! I called over the phone to book an appointment, they told me $55 for medium length, acrylic, polish. When the guy started my nails, I told him that’s not the length I requested I said “oh” without correcting it. After he placed the acrylic 3/4 away from my cuticle. I told the person at the counter that this is not the length I requested and he said okay pay $53. He didn’t even oiled my cuticles after he was finished, after the service I nails looked as if they were done a week and a half ago because it was far away from the cuticle. I got them done on Monday and they were already lifting on Friday. Bear in mind I’m a desk clerk so I’m not doing any hard work to break them.

F Valdeese Brown My first time ever getting my nails done, I went to another salon and they completely jacked up my nails (actually I wound yo with an abscess in one of my nail beds.) I went to Love & Care Nails thinking theyd have to remove those jacked up nails and then start over. The first thing she said to me is, "I can fix it for you." Man did she did it. I walked out of Love & Care Nails feeling like a new woman. I would definitely recommend them.

Livy Ray I came here to treat me and my mom and it was amazing, the massage chairs do wonders, the staff is great and Its just such a relaxing place. I got the luxury pedi and my god, Ive never felt better. I will come again.

Kelly Broadwater There was a system issue for the card reader, so the receptionist was dealing with alot. Came in just a few minutes early but another person was taken at first before me by the stylist I had booked with. After standing for about 10 minutes and another stylist came up and asked about went to the back. Came back to explain the mix up. Was taken back and taken care of with shampoo, cut, and styled my hair. I was glad to get a few things cleared up that I had about taking care of my hair. Trying to grow out longer for the style I want. Until then they cut parts to help train parts of my hair to do what I want when it is long enough.

Michelle Doles Inviting & Reasonable! Glenna has been doing my hair for about four years. She listens and does magic to my hair! It’s so soft, shiny and glistens when I leave. I also get my eyebrows and lashes tinted as well as a facial with Kara. Both Glenna and Kara take pride in their craft. You will look and feel incredible after visiting and treating yourself!

Jamie Robinson I absolutely love this place. I have been going here since they had 2 booths. The service is always great, but come early, it gets packed. Jackie does my nails, and Diamond is the only person I let near me with wax. Check them out. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for over a year and a half, consistently booking my appointments in advance and trusting them with my nail care. However, after repeated instances of poor treatment, lack of professionalism, and outright rudeness, I can confidently say I will never return. The most recent experience—on my birthday, no less—was the final straw. I had scheduled an appointment as I always do, arriving early out of courtesy. Upon checking in, I was bluntly and rudely informed that my nail technician was not in. No prior notice, no courtesy call—just a harsh remark telling me that I should have called ahead to confirm, even though it is their responsibility to notify customers of cancellations. Still trying to salvage the situation, I mentioned my pedicure appointment and was met with more hostility, being told I’d have to wait 30 minutes. I agreed, but after a while, I asked if another technician could do my nails. That’s when the situation became truly appalling—I was told that no one would do my nails because I was “too picky.” Let me be clear—I always choose simple, professional styles. As a healthcare professional, I stick to natural colors and never request anything extravagant. The only thing I am particular about is the shape of my nails—I prefer a clean, almond shape, which is a basic request that any skilled nail technician should be able to accommodate. You would think being “picky” meant I asked for intricate nail art on every finger or an extremely complicated shape, but that’s far from the case. This isn’t the first time they have mishandled my appointment. A few days before I was set to travel for my engagement photos, they forgot to schedule my appointment, leaving me scrambling at the last minute. When I arrived, they initially tried to refuse service altogether, but I stood my ground and was eventually taken care of. Despite these constant inconveniences and poor treatment, I continued to give them grace time and time again, hoping for improvement. I explained that it was my birthday and that I had plans later in the day, hoping for some level of understanding or customer service. Instead, the manager showed zero concern and continued to be short and unpleasant, as they have been on multiple occasions in the past. To make matters worse, I later called the salon to inform them of how rudely I had been treated. Instead of offering an apology or attempting to resolve the situation, the manager (Julie) hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect is completely unacceptable. This salon has repeatedly shown a complete disregard for customer service and fails to uphold even the bare minimum level of professionalism. If you’re looking for a salon that values its customers, respects their time, and treats them with basic decency, I strongly advise you go elsewhere.

Dariyah Garmon Honestly I would give them a zero if I could. My nails are very uneven and look terrible. I paid 128 for both my hands and toes. I will NEVER return.

When I expressed dissatisfaction with my nails, she raised her voice and even accused me of wasting her time. This behavior is unacceptable. Genna Muhammad Allah This nail salon is quiet and clean. The gentleman who serviced me was polite and professional. The female nail tech wasnt too happy when I asked for a face mask because of the strong odor; but she had on one so why not ask the customer if theyd like to be protected from the chemicals, too?

Daphne Laborn One thing I don’t play about is my mother. And she told me she had a horrible experience at your salon. She said you all were making fun of her feet, trying to take pictures of them, when you were supposed to be doing your job (pedicure). I don’t like that. I’ll leave a review from every google account I have to get this salon down to a 1 star. I will be forwarding and having others leave a review as well. Unacceptable. Do your job or go back to where you come from.

Kateara Kelly she tried. i asked multiple times for a sharp square nail shape and did not get that. she also had a bit of difficulty when it came to the design but i just told her to do a full star. she didn’t do too bad but i am disappointed. i will just fix the shape at home. this also costed $85 starting as a full set.

Kelsey Moore I was not going to write a review at first but this nail salon does not care about its customers at all. Lifting of the nail is not corrected so water damage occurs (in picture). You have to clip off the lifting before you fill in the nail, they do not and this is dangerous. Last time I came in she did not cure my polish all the way and when I came back in the next morning because the polish was off, she told me it was because I touched my face with makeup on it. The polish was wet when it came off (in picture also). The very first time I went they assigned me to have a new nail tech with no experience. All my nails broke off three times within one week. They do not have good hygienic standards and this is dangerous. Please stay away

Walther Mer Ive been here a couple times for various spa services, and each time, they were great! My husband and I got a couples massage here for our anniversary last year, and he was impressed by them as well. Very kind, very professional, and courteous, quick service. Definitely recommend.

Trang Nguyen I recently visited this place for a pedicure from my friends recommendation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and professional, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My feet felt so soft and refreshed afterward, and the polish has stayed flawless for days. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend their pedicure services to anyone looking for a little self-care!

Sarah Minna Boyd I give 4 out of 5 stars because my first experience here couldve gone better. The black glitter nail photo was the first set I had done at this salon. I was dissatisfied because it was not the shape I asked for, and when I asked for it, I was told no because "it wouldnt look right" so I walked out paying $45 with ugly square nails. However, the quality was phenomenal. This set lasted 3.5 weeks and only 1 nail started barely lifting. For me, thats amazing, my nails never last more than 1-2 weeks before chipping/lifting. So I went back for a fill in (this is SNS btw) and I got the seagreen set done. Again, Im blown away by the quality. And the fill was only $50. Ill definitely be going back!

Santa Banks I went in and asked about a manicure and pedicure for 3 people. They were busy, so I asked could we come back later to get served. The lady said yes and scheduled us for 2:30. When we returned they were ready for us and we were pleasantly surprised that they didn’t hound us about all of the up-charges that the other nail shops are becoming known for harassing their customers about. I will return here because I wasn’t rushed out of their business and no one was trying to pressure me into services that I didn’t want or ask for. Thanks for doing a great job!!

Gabrielle Reed This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The technician cut my foot with a razor, and instead of taking responsibility, they refused to finish my service. No apology, no concern, just pure attitude acting like I was the one who did it or something! Then said they were tried to scrape my foot with it to get rid of dead skin when there is a separate tool for that, they used the wrong tool. Not sure if they are new or anything but it’s pure common sense! On top of that, they stood there debating out loud about whether they even wanted to serve me — like I was some kind of problem. It was disgusting and completely disrespectful. Honestly, the way they treated me felt blatantly racist. I have never been made to feel so unwanted and humiliated in a place where I’m paying for a service. Nails turned out horrible on top of the experience, and I hated them. As soon as I got home I took them off with acetone. Save yourself the time, money, and disrespect. DO NOT GO HERE. They don’t deserve a single dollar of business. There is NO EXCUSE to be treated like this from a 5 star business. Never coming here again.

Smith Bea “Spooky” Mindy did my nails, she did exactly what I wanted very quickly! She’s awesome she also talked to my son a lot and he loved it! I was hesitant to go to a new place after how my last experience with a new place went but I will say I will absolutely be going back here and recommending it to everyone! She also waxed my eyebrows and it was the easiest I’ve ever had, so painless and quick! Thank you mindy!

Christine Repunte Who in the world would hire an inexperience man the oldest of em all in there, also he is new and no experience i bet my money on it. he ruined my toenails, cut my nails too short in a zigzag unparalled slant position. No buffing, Worst experience ever in here, I couldnt believe it. I didnt say nothing cause it will embarassed him. I will talk to the manager about this. Even an 8 year old wouldve done a better job than his. This is poorly serviced. i didnt give him even $1 for this. i just cant. This is not even worth $25 i paid.

Megan Mock I always LOVE my nails when I see Martin! He always does the best job! And I always enjoy talking with him during my appointment, I always felt awkward at other nail salons because they never seem like they want to talk, and I’m just sitting there in awkward silence while I get my nails done. But not here! I love it 10/10 experience!

Camesha Derisma Martin absolutely SLAYED my nails! This was my first nail appointment with Martin and my first nail appointment in a while after a season that required me to put self care on the back burner. I opted for Gel-X with an intricate dainty design. Martin’s sweet demeanor and unique talent made me feel like myself again. I definitely left the salon feeling like THAT GIRL! The level of artistic skill warrants every bit of success. They deserve all of the success! Xoxoxo

Hannah I have been going here for a while now and recently moved. I came up all the way from Panama City, fl for them to do my nails and I’m so glad I did! They are the best and my nails thank me for it!
