1 /5 Gabrielle Reed: This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The technician cut my foot with a razor, and instead of taking responsibility, they refused to finish my service. No apology, no concern, just pure attitude acting like I was the one who did it or something! Then said they were tried to scrape my foot with it to get rid of dead skin when there is a separate tool for that, they used the wrong tool. Not sure if they are new or anything but it’s pure common sense!
On top of that, they stood there debating out loud about whether they even wanted to serve me — like I was some kind of problem. It was disgusting and completely disrespectful. Honestly, the way they treated me felt blatantly racist. I have never been made to feel so unwanted and humiliated in a place where I’m paying for a service.
Nails turned out horrible on top of the experience, and I hated them. As soon as I got home I took them off with acetone.
Save yourself the time, money, and disrespect. DO NOT GO HERE. They don’t deserve a single dollar of business. There is NO EXCUSE to be treated like this from a 5 star business.
Never coming here again.
