Niyah Vidaa: I went to go get my nails done YESTERDAY & one already broken. They already gave me terrible service & double price. Horrible work conditions. 0/10 would not recommend. I did not like the nails i received & still payed the price. The nails was very chunky & rushed.

Shiquita Horton: I been a long time customer at this location. Every time I get my nails done at this location not even 2 days later my nail paint is always chipping. I recently got my nails done last Wednesday 3 of my nails is chipped. I went to back to have them repair a broken nail and to fix the 3 chip nails. They told me it would $30 and I had to get all my nails repainted because three were chipped. Which is insane when I just paid them $110 last Wednesday. The problem is their paint is not quality and they don’t take care of their customers. They have lost my business over $30 dollars. Please run from this place!!

Jessica Redd: I came in and asked for a basic manicure and pedicure. I had to wait 30 minutes, which was completely fine. After she completed the actual pedicure and was ready apply the polish, she told me the Essie brand polish I selected (a regular light pink color) was an additional $3. At this point, I had been there for 45 minutes -- my feet were soaked and my hands were covered in cuticle remover inside plastic baggies. Getting up to select another polish wasnt exactly convenient. I have NEVER heard of an additional cost for a brand of basic polish. Not to mention a common brand you can pick up just about anywhere. Im pleased with how my nails turned out, but I will not return to this salon. The cost of the polish should be included in their prices. ...like every other salon.

MacKenzie Grant: I enjoy getting my pedicures here as they do a great job, but I did get my nails done here for the first time less than 2 weeks ago. I do SNS on my natural nails and never have any issues. After trying here for it, it’ll be the first and last time. 4 days after getting them I had to get them fixed as 3 nails had already cracked or chipped. Now, 7 days after them getting fixed, the same ones including others have done the same. I have never had this issue in the 10+ years of getting them done. The staff is very friendly and you get in and out but this was very disappointing.
