3 /5 Jessica Redd: I came in and asked for a basic manicure and pedicure. I had to wait 30 minutes, which was completely fine. After she completed the actual pedicure and was ready apply the polish, she told me the Essie brand polish I selected (a regular light pink color) was an additional $3. At this point, I had been there for 45 minutes -- my feet were soaked and my hands were covered in cuticle remover inside plastic baggies. Getting up to select another polish wasnt exactly convenient. I have NEVER heard of an additional cost for a brand of basic polish. Not to mention a common brand you can pick up just about anywhere. Im pleased with how my nails turned out, but I will not return to this salon. The cost of the polish should be included in their prices. ...like every other salon.

1 /5 Frank Cortese: Went in for a SNS, everyone was polite but the service was awful! My cuticles were cut too much and bleeding on three different fingers, it was the worst as far as alignment and bumps everywhere, everything uneven, all the side are choppy, absolutely the worst!! Called and they said to come back in about two weeks for a discount!??! What like I would care to go back ! Bad business

5 /5 Missy R: Lucy and the whole staff are amazing. They do an awesome job on both feet and finger nails. The atmosphere is friendly and kind. The quality of work shows. We drove 2 hours away and got top quality service.

1 /5 Jessie McCoy: Deserves zero stars!! My mom had an appointment & it still took over 3 hours. Her nails were not what she asked for. When she told the man who was doing them, he said "well, I like them". He kept leaving to go check his computer, to get an update on the stock market. When someone is paying you for your time, they deserve your undivided attention. Do your stock market hobby on your own time. After spending over 3 hours for sns nails and a pedicure, her nails broke in less than a week! They are so bad she doesnt even want them to fix them! Avoid this place at all costs! Horrible service, and HORRIBLE products!
