DOTTIE YEWA: I am new in the area and thought I found my new nail care store. The first two experiences were awesome. However my third visit was the worst. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I went to this store. The staff is rude and do not seem to care. The powder they were using was defective. But instead of sayin that to me they kept passing me between 3 technicians all while speaking their language. I asked multiple times what was going on. No one would explain. I was in the store over an hour for something that normally takes 45 min. I was so frustrated. This store needs to learn customer care and treated their customers better. I hope my review helps others make a decision. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated like you are less than. And your money has not value.

Anita Morris: OMG I forgot to leave a review after my massage with Teshia a few weeks ago. What a very professional young lady who knows how to do a relaxing massage. It had been a while since I last had a massage. After Teshias golden hands touched my body I went home and slept for 4 hours. I highly recommend La Ritz Spa, but I strongly recommend you book with Teshia. You wont regret it. Satisfied Customer, Anita Morris

Melissa Williams: I went to Regal nails in Walmart to do my nails and two days later the gel polish started to lift up while on my vacation, remember this is gel. I went back there for owner to fix the two nail that were lifting and her attitude and demeanor was very very bad. She stated I am only fixing one finger with very bad attitude then she patch it, it was a total mess, I asked her if she really sending me on the road like this before she clean it off. They do poorly job an I would not recommend no one to go there. Bad business for costumers. They don’t even deserve one star. A customer say the same thing right in front of them saying that why she don’t do her nails there no more because they do not do a good job!

The oil was not cold she listen to what I needed the place was quite and the ambiance was even better. Don’t listen to the bad reviews because I almost did and would have missed out on an awesome message!!I will definitely be coming here regularly

She has taught and educated me while providing my waxes to help make for a better, smoother feel. It’s more than a waxing experience but a safe place to relax and get yourself together! The atmosphere is always a vibe and extremely clean. The music definitely is a helpful distraction. The conversations are a great match as well. I definitely recommend booking.

Lindsay Arnold: My first visit to Alli Roberts Salon & Spa was absolutely fantastic! I was referred by a friend to see Savannah for all my hair needs. As someone who had only ever gone to one hair stylist her whole life, I was so nervous to have someone new color and style my hair. Savannah was so friendly and made me feel completely confident throughout the whole experience. Savannah got my hair to the perfect shade of blonde that I want for my wedding. I will definitely be back to see her, and I certainly recommend Savannah! Also, in addition to Savannah being amazing, the salon is super cute!
