5 /5 Karen Reed: Great variety of items from different countries which offers much for something unique! Clearance items in each department of which my favorite is cosmetics and toiletries. Lines can be long due to great deals but they move pretty well towards check out. Worth the wait and nothing like the long lines at Ross where they have more registers than staff.

1 /5 Azuany Adan: The cashier was rude when there was a price error. I tried to purchase the product, and she took it from my hand and threw it to the back with an attitude. When I asked why she couldn’t sell it, she responded that she couldn’t go above and beyond or break the rules, which I understand. However, I was not asking for that. I simply wanted an explanation and the correct price. There were multiple identical products next to the waiting line that could have easily been scanned to verify the price. Instead, she offered no solution and continued to have a sarcastic attitude. This was upsetting because I have never had a bad experience at this store before. The register was number 4, and her name started with a “T.” I don’t want to incorrectly state her name. All I asked for was a nicer explanation and all of this could’ve been prevented I’ve worked in costumer service for a long time and I just know I would never speak to a costumer in that tone. Also I would like to thank an other employer who was very sweet and helpful before this situation happened and assisted me in the perfume area.

1 /5 Gabby Hudema: During my most recent visit, one manager handled a situation extremely poorly and unprofessional. My dog, who has been welcomed here many times by other managers, barked once trying to play with my husband. The manager immediately yelled across the store that we “had to get out,” then approached us with a rude and confrontational attitude. She claimed there was a “trained service animal policy.” When I pointed out that several other non-service dogs were currently in the store, she changed her explanation and said there was a “one bark policy” which doesn’t exist. I completely understand maintaining a pleasant shopping environment, but the way this was handled was unnecessary and unprofessional. A calm conversation would have sufficed. Instead, we were embarrassed and treated unfairly.

5 /5 Kelly Lee: Pretty big but the check out lines are very long even on weekdays.

1 /5 Brandon Brooks: Horrible employees, I waited 20 minutes to get cologne with absolutely no assistance and it wasn’t like it was busy. Definitely won’t be shopping here
