5 /5 Chad Davis: Great every time. The staff knows EXACTLY where everything is to a T and they find you your size. Always nice and respectful of customers. SPEEDY, QUICK, and GREAT customer service. Ive heard other places say they are pricey but I think there staff and huge selection ( especially in sizes ) easily make up for that.

5 /5 E Tucker: My son attends a charter school and they have to wear uniforms. J and R uniforms are one of the places we can get his uniforms from. They give great customer service. They do embroidery on the spot within a good wait time, less than 15 minutes. Everything is organized, but if youre not sure of what you are looking for, they will help you. They also use top-quality clothing.

2 /5 william johnson: Ordered stuff online for school embroidered they did not have half the stuff after accepting my money the skirt was the wrong one and they wouldnt take it back even though my order was short . Next my sister went for her daughter and ordered me another shirt they was told it was for a girl they embroidered it and it turns out its a boys shirt so now I have a whole outfit that she cannot wear and waiting on all my other items. I understand the no money back after embroidered but when the store is making mistakes that is costing customers money something should be done. Also check your bags before walking out the store my sisters order was missing a polo shirt which $25.00 dollars is a big deal these days.

If your school uniform was not available, you were able to still shop by color of shirt, sweater, pants, etc. We were immediately offered help when we walked in. Although, my daughters school uniform color shirts were offered, when it was time for embroidery we ran into some issues. And it was NOT the stores fault, the young man did his best to help so that we would not pay for something that is wrong. The entire staff was very helpful. Soon as I get the correct color for embroidery we will return. Thank you!!
