5 /5 Donna DePalma: I just love this store and the manager there! She helps everyone! The prices are amazing and the workers are so friendly and helpful! The cashiers are always smiling and happy and I love to see that! They laugh and joke with the customers and treat them like family! I enjoy walking around and listening to the gospel music because it is relaxing and takes me to church! I am Grateful for this store and the employees! Please tell the manager what a great job she is doing and that her crew is awesome! Donna DepPalma

2 /5 Kimberly Rowland: Who in the world does the pricing at this store??? Thifting here is worse than buying new. Just because Google calls it vintage, they charge $50 for a canister set or $20 for a candle for $9 for 1 christmas ornament. Its crazy. When you ask for the manager, she says it depends on your question. I sure wish this on ran like Summerville or Calhoun. But on the positive side, the sweetest cashiers EVER! They alone get ALL the stars!

5 /5 Gwendolyn Carter: I visited here last year and sad to say, was not very impressed, not much inventory that interested me and felt the prices were set a tad high. However, a few days ago, I decided to stop in and give them a second chance. I am extremely glad that I did! I was very impressed with the merchandise they now offered. Many unique finds and the prices were now quite comparable which are the 2 main reasons I frequent thrift stores to begin with! The staff were friendly and helpful. The store appeared clean and had no lingering odors as some such type stores often do. The merchandise was quite eclectic, interesting and fairly priced. The place was huge! Definitely alot of inventory now to browse. I will need to visit again soon to see it all!! Thanks for the improvements! PS - playing the Christian music added bonus, really appreciate that!

1 /5 Deal Collector: Thrift stores are a volume-based business. This store has forgotten that and tries to squeeze out every last dime they can from an item. As a result they have crazy high priced items that never move and they have unprocessed donations taking up a huge section of the front of the store. For example, they have a 1994 David Winter Quidene Manor Cottage collectible or $229! The last four of that exact same cottage has sold on eBay for $50, $120, $70 and $125. It has been there for months so even when its half off, its too expensive for Rome. Providence should be focusing on pricing a lot of inventory quickly at low enough prices that it will sell fast so they can get more inventory out onto the floor. I think they waste time looking up every single donation to see what they think it is worth (and are probably looking at the asking price on Ebay rather than the sold price, which is huge difference). Between the stale overpriced merchandise and the blaring loud music they play, Im done with this store.
