Pam Joseph I feel like I finally found a car repair shop that I can trust! They dont try to upsell you on things you dont need. They do the job right the first time. And they took the time to drive my car several times before I picked it up so they could assure my issue was fixed. I worked with Aaron throughout the repair. Robert Lewis David has worked on tons of stuff for us over the years and always been amazing. Today he worked on our Polaris Ranger. He replaced the carrier bearing on the driveshaft, did a full tune up, new brakes, new air filter and changed all the fluids. Over the years, he has been honest and trustworthy. On time, every time! He calls, shows up when he says he will, and is fair on everything he’s done. He worked on our Tritoon last year replacing a starter and he’s coming back Friday to replace the impeller and do a service to get us warm weather ready! I can’t say enough good things about this guy. He works hard and helps many neighbors with their vehicles and boats too! Top notch! 10/10 would recommend.

Connie Humphrey John with Razorback Automotive was suggested by Cody with Grizzle towing and it was a blessing! When we called John on Friday he said he would be able to take a look at the car on Monday or Tuesday. He ended up calling back later that the evening to let us know that he could tell right away that it was an easy fix! The valve cover gaskets, ignition coils, and spark plugs needed to be replaced. He said that he would work on it and have it ready first thing in the morning! And on top of the excellent customer service, he also offered for us to come pay him once we got paid on Monday. We ended up working it out in the end, so we paid him that day. Overall he was extremely pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, professional, and fast! He was also very affordable! We will be definitely be taking all our vehicles there in the future!

Giuseppe Sanfilippo They are the best in town. I moved to Dahlonega and I was struggling trying to find someone trustworthy. Craig and his wife are two gems. They will welcome you with a smile and happiness and will make as much as they can to help you out with your car. I had an issue with the fan and the coolant tank. He did the job in one day. Theyve gone above and beyond multiple times, both with minor and major repairs, and even my own hometown mechanic has approved when Ive filled him in on what they diagnosed or recommended for us. D. Hall Great shop in hidden out of the way place. Autos are locked behind gate for longer term care. Nix does air conditioner services too. I was positively surprised when my repair bill was a third of the estimate from dealer.

Amy Louise I got a small part of my roof painted where the paint was chipping and had amazing service! No other shop was willing to just do the chipping part instead of the whole roof panel, and they all wanted to charge way more, but the roof looks so seamless. As a young woman car shops are often intimidating and you feel like you might get taken advantage of financially, but I felt so comfortable and was given a great price as well as a discount. Definitely recommend!

Kimberly Ferragamo What an amazing find! I called Noah after trying to get an appointment with other local mechanic shops. I needed an emergency brake service, but no one could get me in for several days. Noah was able to take care of my problem the very next day. He showed up on time, had everything he needed, was totally professional, explained everything carefully, and was fairly priced. He and his assistant, Amar, took care of my brakes in an hour and a half. I could not be more pleased and will definitely call again if I need service in the future. Noah is just great!

C Bird My son is in grad school at UNG and needed brakes. Since we live several hours away, we asked locally for recommendations and Trammell was mentioned several times. We werent sure if car needed pads only or pads and brakes, but my husband advised to do what was needed after getting quote for both. He received a call within 10 minutes of appointment time stating back brakes looked great so only front brakes needed replaced. That honesty is hard to find nowadays so we were very appreciative. We were impressed from the first phone call, to promptness of appointment time and professional and friendly customer service. We would highly recommended Trammel and will use them again in the future.

Betsy Boerman Nathan and his mechanic worked on my Honda Element today. It broke down during Gold Rush weekend, and we live out of town and needed to get home quick to get back to work. Karen MacDonald While on vacation our van broke down on the afternoon of July 4th. Immediately we took to our phones searching for help. Obviously every mechanic shop we called was already closed for the holiday. Mr. Brown called me back and we were able to get the van to him. Our cabin was 45 minutes away and we had no luck with Uber. He took our family of 5 back to our cabin. He worked that evening and had our van repaired by 7:15 the next morning so we could enjoy our last day of vacation. Browns automotive went waaaay above and beyond to help us while over 400 miles from home. What a blessing!

Ron Brooks Craig and his shop have been working on our cars for over 10 years now. Whether its a simple tune-up or dropping the transaxle on a Porsche, Craig is the person you want doing the work. My wife and I LOVE our cars and there is no one else we wo trust. Craig is honest to a fault. If you have large repairs, if possible he will divide them into several more affordable ones to work with your budget. Nowadays thats VERY helpful! If you have a BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi or VW, trust him with your baby and you wont be disappointed. Recently, he rebuilt the front suspension on my little 2004 Mercedes C320 coupe and transformed my 216k miled boy into a totally different car that now handles unlike it ever had. It honestly doesnt feel like the same car. You should also know his prices are very reasonable. Craig gives you beyond dealership knowledge and ability at a fraction of the price and the work will be done right the first time. Regardless of the size of the job, trust your car to him once, and you wont be disappointed. We havent been for over 10 years!

Norm Leonard Excellent work and easy to schedule. They work with insurance claims, I think, but I didnt use insurance for my most recent repairs. I will recommend Norrells to anyone else who needs paint and body work on their vehicle.

Tammy Peppers Walter did an amazing job on my car and was just the nicest man! He knows his stuff for sure. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. He worked with the insurance company to get me taken care of and got it finished a little earlier than I expected.

Allison Baker My college daughter went here after her car went into "limp mode." They were so good to her, not talking down to her but making sure she understood what was going on, what to do if it happened in the future, and talked about future upkeep on her vehicle. She was impressed with how kind they were, quickly they were able to take care of her vehicle, and listening to them in the office as they discussed issues in other cars. You could tell they genuinely were concerned about the vehicle drivers. UNG parents, feel confident sending your students here if something happens to their vehicle while theyre away from home. They did NOT try to upcharge her or upsell repairs not needed.

Paige I had an awful windshield replacement experience with this company, and I had to use another company to fix all of the issues they created. Below is a list of the issues that occurred during their attempt to replace my Camrys windshield: 1. Windshield was installed crooked - it was noticeably higher on the right than the left, so much so, that the VIN number could not be seen 2. Damaged VIN number bracket during install so now it is crooked 3. Chipped paint on my cars hood when using a hammer drill to release the seal at the bottom of the windshield (there is a better way to do this using a wire/string that wouldnt have damaged the car) 4. Scratched paint along the entire length of the top of the windshield while using a handheld mechanical tool to break the seal along the top and sides of the windshield (again, there is a better way to do this using a wire/string that wouldnt have damaged the car) 5. Top molding strip was installed crooked so it was higher on the right than the left side (just like the windshield). I tried to show this in the pic attached but its tough to see. 6. Also about the top molding, the right side was above the roof line causing a potential water intrusion risk 7. The black silicone they use to seal around the windshield got on my paint and was not removed. The installer, instead, used his finger and smudged it in a failed attempt to remove it. This might have been why the top molding was installed so high, to cover up that mistake. Or, maybe they just didnt have a good eye for getting it straight/level, who knows? 8. The wrong rivets were used for the side molding so they were too long. This meant that the side molding was not affixed snugly or properly to the windshield and I could fit my entire hand under the molding. Again, another potential water intrusion risk Given my experience, I would not recommend this company and I hope this review will help someone else avoid the stress and inconvenience of going through a similar situation. I am sure the company will respond saying that they were not able to see the damage they created because I did not allow them to do the repairs (given the issues I experienced, would you allow the same company to touch your car again?), but my insurance company sent an appraiser and they documented the damage and approved having everything redone the right way. My insurance company wouldnt have approved and paid for the additional repairs had they not occurred. Ironically, it was my insurance agent that originally recommended this company but I have a feeling that might not be the case moving forward.

William Durham I got my windshield replaced by Automobile glass company thru my insurance company. I was very encouraged to have been serviced by two fellows named Ron and Blake. These guys were so professional and I really felt valued by their attention to detail and effective communication about the process and the product. I was really pleased with how easy the process was…Thanks Guys!
