They were so good to her, not talking down to her but making sure she understood what was going on, what to do if it happened in the future, and talked about future upkeep on her vehicle. She was impressed with how kind they were, quickly they were able to take care of her vehicle, and listening to them in the office as they discussed issues in other cars. You could tell they genuinely were concerned about the vehicle drivers.
