1 /5 Ariel Etters: I came into the location after calling to make sure I was able to be seen, I waited 30 mins, which was fine I understand you have to finish the clients you are with so I picked my color while I waited. When I arrived I let them know I wanted gel acrylics and when I was told where to go to sit the lady made me pick out a different color than I had previously chosen and then pulled out a dip powder I told her I did not want power I wanted gel, after she told me the benefits of powder I said I was willing to try it, when she applied my nail tips she cut my pinky nail before she asked me about the length and then asked if I liked it, I just sat there for a moment shocked she didn’t ask before she cut it considering the nail was already glued on. I told her it would be fine and she proceed to cut the others. She did not compare my hands to make sure the nails were each with each other resulting in me having different length nails on each hand. She then applied the powder which is not fully covering all of my nails on some fingers and then is caked up and thick on others I felt very rushed through the entire experience and was very unhappy when we checked out she gave me my total and asked how much of a tip I was planning to leave. With me working in an industry that is based solely off of tips I left her a cash tip, not because I felt she deserved it but because she just stood there staring at me holding my card untill I answered her. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
