Jennifer Wix Horrific nails. I posted a pic in photos. Never soaked the nails. She jerked my hands around constantly like she was angry or something.In the whole hour that I was there, I only heard one stylist speak about 10 words of English. Most used hand motions. I had bubbles in my nails, it looks like I have on stick on nails. She never asked if I was ok with them. Just pushed my hands away & said go wash. She charged me $60 and then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip..,. Absolutely NOT. I told her no that I was not happy with them. She ran my card & never offered to fix them. Stay Away from this nail salon.

Baylee childs Kathy did such a good job on my nails! I love them thank you!!!

Mary Cohran Massage was great. I paid $90 for my entire pedicure, along with a $20 tip 1 weekend and now I have 1 toe where the gel polish just fell off and on the opposite foot the pinky toe is flaking off! Not satisfied at all! If I could post pictures I would but they have no website to do so. Go figure!

Sarah Healey-Roberts Maci was fabulous! Ive not had great experiences having my nails done in the past, but I felt so comfortable telling her what I wanted and she did exactly that! She answered all of my questions and made the experience amazing! I cant wait for my next appointment with her!!

Sarah Skidmore I absolutely love this salon! I am still new with the whole getting my nails done, but I’ve been to a couple places that were, to be nice, below average. At Blossoms, I have found my forever salon! Sandy was absolutely wonderful. I had an appointment today, set for 1:00pm, but the tech was out sick. I’m a truck driver, so rescheduling anything is difficult. Sandy took me in this morning 3 hours before they even opened. I am so thankful!!! My nails look beautiful and she hand painted them all. Thank you so much!!!

Silvia Garcia-Wyatt We absolutely love blossom nails. Pearl, Maci, and Sandy are all absolutely amazing! They have always given me, my friends and family an amazing service. I think if you want top quality service and are willing to pay for amazing quality then you have found the right place! You pay for what you get and they use the best products that not only last, but look amazing. I’ve been to several places and I am willing to drive over 2 hours for this salon.

Kaitlyn Cook HUGE shoutout to Kaleena. I’ve been trying to find someone who can/will do this nail design, and she made them look even better than my inspo pic. She’s so kind and will make sure you get exactly what you want, if not better. I had a damaged nail from a previous set of nails I had done at a different nail spa, and she was very gentle and considerate of it. The spa is also very clean and pretty! Everyone else there was so friendly as well. This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be back. 100% recommend going here to get your nails done.

Amanda McCormick Destiny and Mary were amazing!!! I love my nails. My pedicure was exactly what I needed. It was so relaxing. Destiny takes pride of her talents and will make sure your nails are amazing and on point! The length, style and color were exactly what I wanted!!!

Autumn Pizzolato Eligh was absolutely amazing! She paid attention to every detail & made sure I was comfortable. She is a true artist & does beautiful work. My nails grow weird & curl but she fixed that. I am just amazed at how good my nails look. Definitely recommending her to everyone.

April Griggs I had my nails done here by an apprentice. I paid an apprentice price costing $140. I had a dry pedicure and Russian/builder gel manicure. I knew the price before hand but thought at the price point it would be something enjoyable and what I wanted. It was not. understand the person is still technically learning but they should definitely lower the price. The chair you sit in for a pedicure is not comfortable and they even didn’t paint some of my nail. I was still hopeful though. The manicure was my main priority. I had seen photos that looked nice. I saw that my apprentice specialized in French tip and that’s what I wanted. I showed her a picture and I will post what I received. They did not do the Russian part of the manicure first off. Second, she didn’t ask what shape or ask if I like me the shape so I had to tell her nicely it was too pointy. Lastly, the white tips were different sizes and she didn’t ask if I liked them before she sealed them. I honestly didn’t think she was finished until she told me it was time to pay. I went to my car and cried then immediately drove to a different nail salon and had them completely redone. I wish I would’ve taken better pictures but my husbands army graduation was the next day and it was already past 5 so I was rushing before another salon closed. Not to mention I was at this salon for over 4 hours already. I’m just hoping to save someone from spending money and time and having a similar experience to mine. I know I should’ve said something then but I’m very non confrontational and the apprentice was sweet and possibly nervous. I just absolutely think it should be WAY less expensive. I’m posting the picture I showed her and what I received.

Blake B Eligh did an incredible job from start to finish. This was my first builder gel set ever and I couldn’t be happier. She did a PERFECT job! I am beyond thrilled.

emma harris First time coming here. Came in to get a fill from a previous nail salon. Tommy was very nice & personable. Got a french tip like my previous nails were. He did a great color match to the original base. He also did a slightly different version of what I had before (with my approval) & it looks great! Made sure I was happy/satisfied each step of the way. Price was fair compared to many other places. Tommy mentioned that they can do all designs as well. Im not big on designs, but knowing if I ever want something off Pinterest, I know I could get it done here! Store is currently undergoing renovations to add new additions to layout & create a more relaxing environment. Will be back!

Makenzie Fields Ive been to a lot of nail salons, but this one is by far the best. They do an amazing job with acrylics and designs. The deluxe pedicure was the best Ive ever had—so relaxing and luxurious. It included a hot stone massage, warm towels, a foot mask, a gentle scrub, and a thorough massage. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you get. I highly recommend this place!

Lurland Renkal I had a great time and am so thankful they made my nails look better then when I came in with a mess from another salon….sadly tho, not even 10 hours later the gel polish is peeling off my thumbs. Luci D Visited the Nail Flight Salon yesterday to have a gel manicure ans had a wonderful time. Ginger was so welcoming and took a lot of care doing my nails. If you are in the cartersville area I recommend paying them a visit.

Michelle Carignan These ladies know nails. I have never seen better work. They come up with some beautiful unique designs. They take care to not damage your real nails! I have had my nails butchered in the past but I really trust all the ladies at this top notch salon. And Julie does fantastic hair! I love it!

Paige Parson Went here with my bsf for the first time and it was great! I had a reference photo for the nails and the lady did perfect! She was sweet and didn’t rush at the end before closing which I liked. A little pricey but would definitely go back.

Celisa Vance Ok , so I USED to get my nails done here all the time but started feeling like cattle being moved through here and also I was leaving unhappy with my rushed threw nails. Well I was in a bit of a hurry on 4/19 to get my daughters she’s (7) nails done for Easter. She wanted me to get my done as close to hers as I could seeings I just had my nails done elsewhere last week. With that being said my daughter chose pink nails with a decoration bunny on two fingers. I only had pink painted on three fingers on each hand , I loved my design from the previous salon and didn’t want to change that. So with all that being said they charged me $60 ! Are you kidding me ?! I will never go here again and will let everyone I know how ridiculous this establishment has become !

Mindy Brigman I have been going here for awhile & love the service. I have never felt rushed even though they are usually pretty busy. They take time to get me right every time. Competitive prices for the area. Ive visited other nail salons & end up paying more for less, so I cant complain. Todays pedicure & leg massage was the best. Very relaxing

Trinity M I usually dont leave reviews but I felt I needed to. Today was my first time ever at this nail salon and I was highly pleased with the service and the nail tech I had. Her name was Celine I believe thats how you would spell her name. She was so precise and took her time. She helped me when I was a little indecisive. She was so amazing and the nails she did on me turned out so beautiful! I will definitely return to this nail salon to see her! Also Im not sure if he was the owner or what but the older gentleman (Not to old lol) there answering calls and was making appointments was so funny and joked around he was awesome. They all made me feel comfortable. Im already a very anxious person in public but today was a fantastic experience! I will highly recommend this place!

Samar El Fakih Wow, what an amazing first experience! I am new to Cartersville and was in search of a new nail salon. Yesterday was my first time coming here and I won’t go anywhere else! Every person in the salon is so kind and gives you a very warm welcome when you enter. You can tell there is such a relaxing and uplifting atmosphere here the second you walk in. Helen is my go to girl with pedicures. She is so sweet and kind hearted. She checked in with me every so often to make sure everything was going well and even double checked that this was the color I really wanted once she had started. She also took her time and did an AMAZING job. She is very gentle yet efficient with her work. Absolutely love her! Celine did a wonderful job with my tips and SNS. She is very thorough with her work and will go over every nail until she knows she has done an exceptional job! At first I realized my nails were just a little too thick for my liking and she made sure to go back and thin them down as soon as I pointed it out. This was a great first experience and I will be coming back for sure!

Johnnetta J This was my first time. I was greeted with a friendly welcome and humor. From what I heard from concurrent clients is they like the new remodel of floors and walls. The ambiance was casual, with R&B playing, which catered to the majority of the clientele who was there when I arrived and continued to enter. I asked for chrome nail polish, the color I have was a suggestion from the tech. Mind you, the photo is almost 2 weeks later so ignore the new growth. LOL. The technician was gentle and polite. They have a lot of colors, and designs. The price was approximately the same of most in Cartersville. My toes were already done, so pedicure to report on. But based on the 35 minutes I was there, it’s a shop I can give a thumbs up. Check them out. I will visit again. The second photo, French manicure is a new set. These nails are beautifully shaped! I love the attention, symmetry, and consistency. Each nail is evenly shaped. Nail Love is a definite favorite!

Tamara Green The nail salon I previously went to started having poor quality. Every time I had my nails done (S&S) they would chip within a couple days. At Emmy nails, I am going on my 3rd week and no issues!!! Of course they are grown out and need redone but that’s a given. Place is very clean, and good customer service.

Victoria Brogdon I would give a 3, but my pedicure was great. It is my biggest pet peeve when a manicurist doesn’t clean up the mess they made on my fingers and under the nails. He also saw an issue on the tip from the application of the SNS and I saw him notice it. He didn’t say a word and thought I didn’t see it. $100 later I will not be coming back. I also didn’t receive the manicure portion of the service.

Debbie Gibbons This is the Best nail shop I have ever been to. They are consistent with their work each time I come in!! The professionalism and pleasantness are priceless!! Ill never go anywhere else. Brain is amazing when doing designs, and listens to what you like!! Pauline is great at doing your feet, and works hard to please you!! I recommend Nails 316 to everyone you will not be disappointed.

Katelyn Ross This is the realist and most honest review I have ever written! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your salon. My party and I traveled from Calhoun, only to be met with the rudest treatment I have ever experienced. Your staff mocked and disrespected us, and the prices charged were exorbitant. I have video evidence of this behavior and plan to share it publicly. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment.

Carisa McCain King I drive 45 minutes to get my manicure and pedicure done. Customer Service is always the best. The designs that I show them always match the pictures. The place is always clean and beautiful. They always offer you something to drink. I will continue to come here for my services.

Ashley Prichard This was my first time at City nails! Everyone was nice and welcoming. I forgot to ask names of who did my nails and toes but they both did a great job! I’m VERY picky and the attention to detail was great! My nails have never looked and felt better.
