Southern Hair Salon - Cartersville Destiny Mccall: My hair was originally dark before my appointment . I booked for a highlight because I wanted to start the process of going lighter . When I came in , I was booked with Ireland . Ireland suggested that I could not achieve highlights because my ārootsā were to long , and they were not . She then āfixed my rootsā and added a hot pink touch to the money piece I already had . This is my hair exactly a week later , and it looks like complete trash . The owner refuses to call me back , and ignores my messages when I request a refund or for another stylist to fix my hair . Iāve had my hair done many times by a very faithful hair stylist who went back to college so I know for sure what I billed for couldāve been achieved as my hair wasnāt dead or fried . I spent $146 on just the hair alone and it looks no different (besides the little bit of pink added) than it did before I came in . Iām out $180 in total thatās with gas prices included and they cannot even have the curtsey to do anything right . I will now have to pay another $200 to have done what I wanted done the first time , with another hair stylist I have found since encountering them . The blonde money piece photo was two days before the hair appointment and the second photo is exactly one week after .
