I booked an appointment for Josephine after reading many positive reviews from others. Booking was easy, I just reached out on yelp and we figured out a good date, sent her a picture of my hair in its current state and inspiration photo and we were good to go.

Left with wet hair on cut that didn’t follow my part. Asked to keep length - just get a trim and shape a bit - to which I got three layers very different lengths.
Luckily hair grows, but was highly disappointed with the experience.
