Charity jordan Let me start by saying Ive always stayed away from these stores and choose to use cheap drugstore makeup that don’t match my tone because the “mean girls facade” that surrounds these places. But I walked in was immediately greeted by Kyla and this sweet soul spent a solid hour and a half walking around applying products to my face and teaching me about how to apply and the best tips and tricks and color matching she is the reason I will continue to return. She loves her job and does fantastic with customers. The other workers on the floor today gave recommendations as well but I have to hand it to Kyla. She needs a RAISE!!!!!! Nice neat location friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Sydney Batterham I went to stock up on my mascara and there were none left on the shelf, but on the app it said available in store and for pick up in store, so I knew they had it in stock but it was in the back room. I went to the first associate I saw (I didn’t catch her name but she had long dark hair) and showed her the app and asked if she could go to the back room and get it for me. She told me no, and that if it wasn’t on the shelf that means it’s not in stock (I used to work for Ulta so I know this isn’t true). I was a bit agitated because she refused to look in the back when I knew they had it (this is a very popular mascara and the supplier always sends way more than needed to the ulta stores) luckily I ran into Brooke, who was very nice and helpful and went to the back to grab it for me! So they did have it in stock! Moral of the story, if you’re told something isn’t in the back, ask multiple associates because some might just not want to look for you. Brooke gets 5 starts, but the experience gets 3 lol
