Charity jordan: Let me start by saying Ive always stayed away from these stores and choose to use cheap drugstore makeup that don’t match my tone because the “mean girls facade” that surrounds these places. But I walked in was immediately greeted by Kyla and this sweet soul spent a solid hour and a half walking around applying products to my face and teaching me about how to apply and the best tips and tricks and color matching she is the reason I will continue to return. She loves her job and does fantastic with customers. The other workers on the floor today gave recommendations as well but I have to hand it to Kyla. She needs a RAISE!!!!!! Nice neat location friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
Rila safitri: Hair dye virgin here! Wanted to get balayage done since the pandemic, but kept shying away from the idea due to the fear of getting something I didnt like or ask for. I booked an appointment for Josephine after reading many positive reviews from others. Booking was easy, I just reached out on yelp and we figured out a good date, sent her a picture of my hair in its current state and inspiration photo and we were good to go.

Left with wet hair on cut that didn’t follow my part. Asked to keep length - just get a trim and shape a bit - to which I got three layers very different lengths.
Luckily hair grows, but was highly disappointed with the experience.
Kimberly Richards: Ivey is amazing with my lashes, I have been using her for a few months now and she is always right on time for my appointments, always gives me the best customer service, and always has me looking good when I leave. She does such a great job and so friendly. I enjoy going in every other week and seeing her.
