2 /5 Dondra Hedden Edwards: Staff is very friendly..super nice! Salon is very clean. I just didnt get anything that I asked for. I actually got everything I didnt want and I even showed photos. I asked for lots of layers...I got a "layer" 1 inch from the bottom, so basically no layers (and my hair is past my shoulders). I asked for bangs...the "bangs" are below my chin which is where they were when I went in....so no bangs. I asked her not to color my hair black or dark dark brown. I bet you cannot guess what color my hair is. And the best part is that I got to pay for it all. So very disappointed.
