Laura Rating is only because they fit me in quickly. Won’t be back. Thought I had found a local salon, but I’ll have to keep searching. Left with wet hair on cut that didn’t follow my part. Asked to keep length - just get a trim and shape a bit - to which I got three layers very different lengths. Luckily hair grows, but was highly disappointed with the experience.

Jessica Jordan I call headed to see if they did walk-in. They didn’t speak much on the phone and asked me what I was looking for and I said I wanted to get my sons hair cut. They didn’t say anything for a minute and told me to come on in. So I did. When I got there no one spoke a word to me and what I could only guess is they seen that my son was a small child. He is only 2 and is in need of a hair cut. The lady who spoke to me finally. I guess to what appeared to me a rock, paper, scissor to who would be the one to cut his hair. Showed a attitude to me. The whole time she was more concerned of a color appointment she had. So I did not feel welcome at all. Even though I call before hand. We go to set my son up to get his hair cut even though i felt unwelcome. Keep in mind he is 2 and is not uses to other people touching him. So he moved his head and cried out in response to the lady touching him with out even saying hey to him. Didn’t help him to feel welcome either. Then told my son if you cry you don’t get a sucker. The lady told me if he was going to cry and not sit still that she didn’t want to cut his hair. Because she had a color appointment coming in. I told her once again he is 2 he is probably going to be uncomfortable with this process. Then got frustrated with my son because he was scared. So already feeling unwelcome and feeling like my son was a problem. I picked my son up and left. As I am walking out she said she didn’t want to cut him. I get it he is a small child they move around and they cry. If you don’t want small kids coming to your business say that. But don’t make my child feel like a inconvenience to your day. So if your looking to get a small child’s hair cut don’t go here. They do not welcome them with kindness. If she was to cut my sons hair he wouldn’t had enjoyed the process and she would had ruined it for the next time. And how she was acting I don’t feel she would had even try to do a good job.

Tracy Holland So I have been a faithful customer June 2023. She is very professional and punctual. She takes pride in her work and this comes with teaching you how to take care of your hair. Rila safitri Hair dye virgin here! Wanted to get balayage done since the pandemic, but kept shying away from the idea due to the fear of getting something I didnt like or ask for. I booked an appointment for Josephine after reading many positive reviews from others. Booking was easy, I just reached out on yelp and we figured out a good date, sent her a picture of my hair in its current state and inspiration photo and we were good to go.

Patsy Welch I have been in the process of letting my natural color (white, silver and grey) grow in for over a year and I love wearing my hair long and medium to dark brown. Finally decided to get some professional help and Kim Woods Davis was recommended by some friends so I went to see her and she as terrific. Some was able to get much more of the brown out and off the ends. Instead of just cutting it all off, she layered it so that some brown was cut out then put in some layers of white and silvery tones. It looks.beautiful and my husband loves it too. I am 68 years old but could still wear the brown for my age but I could tell it was getting very white at the roots and the color would not stay in as well as it did when I was younger. I couldnt be happier. So now 6 weeks has gone by and Im going back again to let her work on getting a little bit more of the lighter browns out. All the other beauticians working at the time were watching the process and gave good comments throughout. I highly recommend Kim and all the other ladies at Les Cheveux.

Chris Rucki I tried Les Cheveux for the first time, recommended by a friend, and Brandy cut my hair. She cut it just how I like it! Would definitely recommend her to friends, especially to anyone who doesnt know where to get a local haircut.

Tara Sadler I HIGHLY recommend Kari! I recently had my first wax ever! She made me feel so comfortable and talked with me throughout the whole process. She answered any questions I had. Her room is very clean and comfy feeling. I will definitely be returning because she did amazing!

Jillian Grim I got a sugar wax with Kari today, and she made it such a good experience! I was nervous about getting waxed for the first time, but she was so professional and explained everything she was doing and after care. She also made me feel relaxed during the whole experience and is so easy to talk to. I will definitely be back!

Miller Rehnea (Nia) Spacious, clean, with a friendly, professional atmosphere. You can pick up a piece of candy or a soda while your wait, but the wait is not very long. I came in at 11 and was out by about 1:30. Saturday hours start at 7am!

Jennifer Hewett One of the stylists was very unprofessional. After getting established, the quality started to become poor (rushing, and taking on too many clients at a time) She never had change, and would go through other peoples drawers when they werent there. Often rescheduled or canceled. I wouldnt support a business who allows or encourages this type of practice.

Erin Horne I was not pleased. I asked a lady to wax my eyebrows and she said she couldnt because she had a client coming in....but she sat in her chair and did her make-up for 20 minutes.

Kimberly Richards Ivey is amazing with my lashes, I have been using her for a few months now and she is always right on time for my appointments, always gives me the best customer service, and always has me looking good when I leave. She does such a great job and so friendly. I enjoy going in every other week and seeing her.

Caroline Taylor Highly highly highly recommend Ivey for your wedding day! She is extremely talented and actually listens to what you are wanting. She gives suggestions, advice, and is just an overall knowledgeable artist! I recommend doing a trial before you actual wedding day so you can sit down with her and discuss what you like and don’t like about make up. Ivey takes notes and actually applies that during the day of the wedding. She was on time, professional, and just so so much fun to work with! I absolutely loved my wedding make up and can’t thank her enough for making me feel so beautiful!

Im not very good at expressing myself and what I want when it comes to my hair. Yet, somehow she knows what I want. I trust her completely, as my cosmetologist, confidant and most important of all, my friend. She is calm and calming when all hell is going on around her. I told her that I would be following her where ever she went, if she so chooses to go elsewhere for any reason. I most definitely will recommend her to anyone who is in search of a new stylist. Dondra Hedden Edwards Staff is very friendly..super nice! Salon is very clean. I just didnt get anything that I asked for. I actually got everything I didnt want and I even showed photos. I asked for lots of layers...I got a "layer" 1 inch from the bottom, so basically no layers (and my hair is past my shoulders). I asked for bangs...the "bangs" are below my chin which is where they were when I went in....so no bangs. I asked her not to color my hair black or dark dark brown. I bet you cannot guess what color my hair is. And the best part is that I got to pay for it all. So very disappointed.
