From the moment we arrived with my two grandkids, who both have curly hair, Lauren was a breath of fresh air. She took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that we were comfortable and that it was exactly what we wanted. My grandson showed her a picture of the style he wanted, and instead of just following the image, Lauren thoughtfully recommended some adjustments to suit his curls. The result was even better than we had imagined! Her expertise and attention to detail really made a difference. If you haven’t been to Salon Suites on Broad, I highly suggest you go. Lauren was great, and we will definitely be back!

Jennifer Hewett: One of the stylists was very unprofessional. After getting established, the quality started to become poor (rushing, and taking on too many clients at a time) She never had change, and would go through other peoples drawers when they werent there. Often rescheduled or canceled. I wouldnt support a business who allows or encourages this type of practice.
