I have a little boy who doesnt really like haircuts (we cry and flinch the whole time because everything is too loud) and Charles made him comfortable, showed him the clippers, and it was like watching a whole other kid. He was calm, involved and interested in the haircut instead of crying. Charles talked to him and treated him like a person, not just to me as the parent. We will most definitely be returning.
