Conveniently located and cost effective, they were thorough in their assessment, provided next steps in treatment, and made sure I knew they were always available for help if needed. Demetrius Betton: Customer service is great but my experience was horrible. I initially got checked and they stated i needed 4 fill ins for my bottom row back teeth. Since the starting of this process i have now had 4 adjustments , and a fill in taken out and replaced totally. My tooth is now in pain and i never had any pain issues previously before hand. I’m gonna take my issues somewhere else or a different location because this was a horrible experience, and i DO NOT RECOMMEND! (Conyers Location Specifically)
Christina Brow: I have been coming to this practice for over 10 years, and words cannot describe how incredible it is. The clinical staff is impeccable and the customer service is unbelievable. I do not think I’ve ever been to a practice that has mastered what great customer service should be. These ladies are top tier, 10 out of 10, the absolute BEST!! Ohh and they’re incredibly punctual. No waiting around all day to be seen. Somehow they get you in and out and it doesn’t even feel rushed. Overall, love this place….highly recommend!
Perry: Dr. Robert Golden and his staff are amazing. They provide a cozy , clean , and professional environment. They work they perform is exceptional and theres no other dentist that I would use in the surrounding area
iamcrownedhair: I put in for PTO from work which is very hard for me to do as it is. I already called 2 months prior and wanted to get an appointment and they couldnt get me in until January the 22nd. Now they call me the day prior to the appointment to cancel and tell me that they can reschedule me for JANUARY 31ST! I will not be returning to this office and advise that you take your business to a more professional office.
Crystal G.: The quality of my partial is very disappointing. It does not fit properly. Several adjustments were made and it looks terrible and feels even worse. There were rigged places from where the adjustments were done. The upper part looks a complete MESS! This was a waste of my time and money. It looks like something I made myself in an arts and crafts class. After spending my morning with multiple adjustments being done and no resolution - I left in disbelief that this was delivered to me looking nothing like the original mold I tried on weeks earlier. Its so disheartening.
The staff was nice but this is unacceptable. Up until this point it had been a pleasure coming here.
catheine cline: we have been going here for over 6 years and just love everyone there. our cleaning appoints were rescheduled 3 times and still I was told they wont have a hygienist until next may. what is going on- the phone rings and goes to a message relating to the chemical fire in Oct. this is mid Dec. we need to at least be able to find out when we can pick up our records.
