Havent gotten to see him in a couple of years, but Im sure a human that great couldnt change much!! His staff was always super nice and helpful as well. Just a pleasant experience all around every time!

5 /5 Ali Dye: Dr Murphey has been my dentist for about 10 years now & I absolutely LOVE him AND his staff! Cannot possible be because of my social status...I am not nor have I ever been rich! I first visited his office when I was having terrible tooth pain, had no insurance, & had $50 in my pocket. I called them after finding their number in the phone book & the receptionist told me to come in immediately & they would fit me in. She informed me ahead of time that it may take a while since I am walking in & that they normally dont do that, but that she didnt want me in pain. I have visited him many times after that for extractions & cleanings, to be treated like gold every single time! I started taking my kids, who also love him & his staff. Its funny how people are quick to write a review when they have a bad experience, but I guarantee they dont do a dang thing when they have a good one. I will forever be a patient of Dr. Murphy!

5 /5 Jennifer Fischer: They have always always always been very professional. I have nothing negative to say about the staff. The waiting room could use an upgrade, but the care is exceptional. My oldest had her all 4 of wisdom teeth pulled the same day, unfortunately her dental insurance doesnt cover anesthesia, but she never felt a thing. The dentist and dental tech were very patient with her and kept her calm.

5 /5 Dalton Birchfield: I would like to share my son Dalton experience with Dr Murphy. He had two cavities and 4 wisdom teeth he needed removed. He was scared of the process, well the staff was amazing and after the surgery of his wisdom teeth he said mom he did a great job !!!!! He is patient and kind I Highly recommend him ❤️

Demetrius Betton: Customer service is great but my experience was horrible. I initially got checked and they stated i needed 4 fill ins for my bottom row back teeth. Since the starting of this process i have now had 4 adjustments , and a fill in taken out and replaced totally. My tooth is now in pain and i never had any pain issues previously before hand. I’m gonna take my issues somewhere else or a different location because this was a horrible experience, and i DO NOT RECOMMEND! (Conyers Location Specifically)

I do not think I’ve ever been to a practice that has mastered what great customer service should be. These ladies are top tier, 10 out of 10, the absolute BEST!! Ohh and they’re incredibly punctual. No waiting around all day to be seen. Somehow they get you in and out and it doesn’t even feel rushed. Overall, love this place….highly recommend!

I already called 2 months prior and wanted to get an appointment and they couldnt get me in until January the 22nd. Now they call me the day prior to the appointment to cancel and tell me that they can reschedule me for JANUARY 31ST! I will not be returning to this office and advise that you take your business to a more professional office.

Crystal G.: The quality of my partial is very disappointing. It does not fit properly. Several adjustments were made and it looks terrible and feels even worse. There were rigged places from where the adjustments were done. The upper part looks a complete MESS! This was a waste of my time and money. It looks like something I made myself in an arts and crafts class. After spending my morning with multiple adjustments being done and no resolution - I left in disbelief that this was delivered to me looking nothing like the original mold I tried on weeks earlier. Its so disheartening. The staff was nice but this is unacceptable. Up until this point it had been a pleasure coming here.

catheine cline: we have been going here for over 6 years and just love everyone there. our cleaning appoints were rescheduled 3 times and still I was told they wont have a hygienist until next may. what is going on- the phone rings and goes to a message relating to the chemical fire in Oct. this is mid Dec. we need to at least be able to find out when we can pick up our records.

They made sure I was comfortable and I was amazed by how quickly I was done. I never felt any pain during my procedure. I have to have a lot more work done and I will be returning. I highly recommend them if you if you need oral surgery. Everyone was amazing

Dream Bag LLC: This was my second time coming to this place, my first time we had to wait in the chair for 40 minutes, now we had to wait for 1 hour and 2 minutes for the doctor to come. Is this really true? Yes my appointment was at 10:00am and we waited in the chair for 1 hour and 2 minutes for Nakeeah (dentist) to come ,the cleaning took 10 minutes So we left the place at 11:13am Now, the computer system said that we should’ve been done by 10:40am but by that time we were still waiting for the dentist to come They need a better schedule cause it’s insane to be waiting for so long. TBH It has been the worst dentist place that I had ever visited. Definitely I’m not coming back
