1 /5 Crystal G.: The quality of my partial is very disappointing. It does not fit properly. Several adjustments were made and it looks terrible and feels even worse. There were rigged places from where the adjustments were done. The upper part looks a complete MESS! This was a waste of my time and money. It looks like something I made myself in an arts and crafts class. After spending my morning with multiple adjustments being done and no resolution - I left in disbelief that this was delivered to me looking nothing like the original mold I tried on weeks earlier. Its so disheartening. The staff was nice but this is unacceptable. Up until this point it had been a pleasure coming here.

1 /5 William Ruff: The front desk sucks … Schedule an appointment and the receptionist said “it’s a note in here that you didn’t want to return” ; she also said that I spoke to a lady in Zimbabwe … All I wanted my crown to be fix in which they did a 2 years ago and was meet with nothing but rudeness… The owner is a nice person and the back ladies are super friendly

1 /5 Scott Bates: Simply put:Unethical business dealings at this office! Had an scheduled appointment this morning with Dr. Frazier regarding new dentures. Before I even had the opportunity to see Dr. Frazier, the business manager told me that I had to pay $99.00 upfront, even though my United Healthcare insurance has a $0 copay. She stated that once I paid the $99.00, I could possibly be reimbursed after the insurance paperwork was submitted to United Healthcare. I contacted my United Healthcare representative and was informed that I did not have to pay anything because my insurance was $0 copay and covered $4000.00 a year for dental coverage. I refused the service of this establishment because of unethical business dealings!

5 /5 Christina Huff: I called to make an appointment during the BioLife Explosion. Even though they were not in office when I called, the returned my call in about an hour and scheduled my appointment. When the had an opening for an earlier appointment they called and offered it to me. Every time I have called with a question they have been so nice and helpful. I have my appointment coming up and I have high hopes for a wonderful experience.

1 /5 Andre Nicole Springer: Dr. Fraser is an awesome, knowledgeable, and professional Periodontist that is good at his craft. His Hygienist, Sabrina and Shanteekah were amazing. They were always pleasant, professional and had a smile on their faces. On the other hand, his Office Manager, Jennifer S, and former front desk, employee, Nancy, were horrible with a capital H! They were unprofessional, confrontational, aggressive, and nickel and dimers. They made every telephone call and office visit miserable. They made Dr. Fraser’s practice seem desperate for money and I am sure that was not the case. After one of my visits, they had the gall to try and get me to sign an updated contract with a two thousand dollar increase ($2k)! When I tell you, if I was not on my toes, I would have been stuck with a higher balance. Jennifer had the nerve to demand, I pay forty-five dollars ($45) for treatment gel when it was included with my trays. She also tried to charge me four hundred and eight five dollars ($485) for a bottom mouth guard. I am not sure if the office staff received commission for up-charging, but their business practices were downright unacceptable and egregious. If my credit was not important to me, I would have stopped going to appointments after my second visit. I am big on customer service and time and time again both Nancy and Jennifer missed the mark. I am sure they costed Dr. Fraser some clients and lots of money. Although Dr. Fraser is a awesome doctor, I will not refer anyone to or patronize his establishment again. To be honest, I am so glad I am finished my treat plan. Unfortunately, the aggravation I experienced during and after every visit, was not worth the convenience of location to my home. Moving forward, I will find a new Periodontist. If I have to drive an hour and a half in the middle of Atlanta’s rush-hour traffic, I will gladly take the journey with a smile on my face! I am praying things turn around in the office now that they have a new office employee, Christyle. During the two telephone calls and two follow-up visits, she appeared to be very welcoming and pleasant. Consequently, Dr. Fraser deserves the best staff because he is a great periodontist that knows his stuff!

Dream Bag LLC: This was my second time coming to this place, my first time we had to wait in the chair for 40 minutes, now we had to wait for 1 hour and 2 minutes for the doctor to come. Is this really true? Yes my appointment was at 10:00am and we waited in the chair for 1 hour and 2 minutes for Nakeeah (dentist) to come ,the cleaning took 10 minutes So we left the place at 11:13am Now, the computer system said that we should’ve been done by 10:40am but by that time we were still waiting for the dentist to come They need a better schedule cause it’s insane to be waiting for so long. TBH It has been the worst dentist place that I had ever visited. Definitely I’m not coming back

Thomas And Tim: Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the level of care and service I have come to expect from a health care provider. Specifically, we were advised on three separate visits that we had an outstanding balance for my kid’s braces after these were paid in full almost an entire two year ago. We provided the receipt each time and was advised this was adjusted accordingly. Then we’re told that he needs continued coverage for another year and they’re requesting an additional $5K, well he has insurance and it’s covered per my conversation with our insurance company. However, each time we’ve attempted to speak with someone we’re routed to a call center, delaying my kids service now for almost 2 months! With only text message responses resulting in no solution or resolution. The lack of professional is unacceptable and simply poor. Their staffing issues is not our (Customers) fault, it’s poor leadership. There are supplemental staffing options available however that would require someone to be concerned enough to consult with those staffing vendors. The inadequate communication, unprofessional behavior, or issues with treatment, is totally unacceptable. I appreciate the importance of providing high-quality patient care and understand that challenges can arise; however, I believe it is important to address these issues so that future patients do not encounter the same difficulties. My kid is still at home, with broken brackets due too a lack of follow through and accessibility. (Now approaching 3 Months) I would not recommend this provider to ANYONE!

Jessica Williamson: Terrible service. I was there in January for a cleaning and was told it was a regular cleaning. They later billed me for a deep cleaning and mailed me the balance that my insurance company didnt pay. I asked the hygienist if I needed a deep clean, she said no because she didnt need to go under the gum line. Dr. Innis examed me and told me I needed an extraction. I went back yesterday to have it done, only to be told he couldnt do it. So I had to pay another examination fee. Why wasnt I told this in January and given a referral. So here I am today at the surgeons office only to find out they dont take my insurance. I am so done. Time to find a new dentist.

Lauren was my hygienist today with Dr Leonards evaluation of my future oral hygiene care. I havent gone to a dentist in years so I really didnt know to expect. I enjoyed going here and having a future relationship with the dental group.
