1 /5 Thomas And Tim: Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the level of care and service I have come to expect from a health care provider. Specifically, we were advised on three separate visits that we had an outstanding balance for my kid’s braces after these were paid in full almost an entire two year ago. We provided the receipt each time and was advised this was adjusted accordingly. Then we’re told that he needs continued coverage for another year and they’re requesting an additional $5K, well he has insurance and it’s covered per my conversation with our insurance company. However, each time we’ve attempted to speak with someone we’re routed to a call center, delaying my kids service now for almost 2 months! With only text message responses resulting in no solution or resolution. The lack of professional is unacceptable and simply poor. Their staffing issues is not our (Customers) fault, it’s poor leadership. There are supplemental staffing options available however that would require someone to be concerned enough to consult with those staffing vendors. The inadequate communication, unprofessional behavior, or issues with treatment, is totally unacceptable.
I appreciate the importance of providing high-quality patient care and understand that challenges can arise; however, I believe it is important to address these issues so that future patients do not encounter the same difficulties. My kid is still at home, with broken brackets due too a lack of follow through and accessibility. (Now approaching 3 Months)
I would not recommend this provider to ANYONE!
