2 /5 mattiehousworth (Mrs. Vanity Housworth): I came to this dentist just to get 2 teeth extracted. Dr. Lester knew I had a Dental home. He also knew I only came there bc my regular Dentist only takes my Humana. My regular Dentist & I both agreed why should I pay to have my 2 teeth extracted. When Medicaid would pay for my extractions only. I did mention about maybe becoming his regular patient after I finish my treatment plan at my regular Dentist. So for some reason I was given a dismissed letter. First of all I was never yours to be dismissed. Now when I did give my Humana insurance to your staff. And they said once they verify my insurance. They would contact me. And they never did, I knew I couldnt see leaving my regular Dentist that I had been with over a 2 years that did what they say they would. For a Dental Office that wasnt dependable. But most of all when Jacques had the nerve to say that once I came to Dr. Lester. I cant see another Dentist. Bc I like to flip flop.I knew this wasnt the right fit for me. I would never give or let anyone feel that he had that kind of power or authority to tell me what I can or can not do. When it comes to how I spend my money or use insurance my husband pays for. Period!!! If he didnt wanna extract my 2 teeth that I thought would be a 1 time visit. But ended up being 2 visit. I believe in supporting my African American people. But trust and believe when you hv insurance & cash. I have many options. I came to Dr. Lester bc my niece said that he was her dentist. Now when I met him he was very nice. But honey please dont flatter yourself. It aint but 1 king and I married him. I live in the city and there is a Dentist & Dr. Office on every corner. I can either walk to it, catch the bus, or just get in my Benz & drive to a dentist. If you didnt wanna extract my teeth. I promise you I wasnt going to lose no sleep. Are be mad I dont have no problem taking my coins else where. Im pretty sure he wouldnt have cared either. And then I received a letter stating of my dismissed. And neither can my family members be seen at the office. I hate to burst your bubble. First of all my Daddy, my husband said he wasnt planning on coming there anyway. And to be honest didnt want me to come. And for the record. We have adult kids. They have their on Dentist & Doctors. You know whats so funny to me. I have been with all my Drs over 10 plus years. 2 of them it should be almost if not 20 years. I might be a lot of things. But flip flopper aint one of my characteristics. Anybody that knows me know: Im very honest, upfront & direct. And if you come at me crazy I will show you crazy. Jacques knows nothing about me & neither does Dr. Lester other then what I shared with him at those 2 visit. So please if you dont know my medical history and the history I have 1 with my Drs or facts. Please dont come with what you awesome. You only spoke with me and saw me twice. And I wouldnt have never been there twice. If you had of extracted both teeth on the first visit. And you know whats so funny. If Dr. Lester orders were to dismiss me. But your staff still put me on the schedule for May 27, 2021.So that lets me know that they either have no respect for the Boss. Are they just take it upon themselves whose dismissed or stays. I wish a staff of mines would choose to not honor my wishes. When it came to my business and whom I choose serve..They still had me on the schedule and when I came in on Friday to speak to Donna whom was nice infront of me. I requested please, please cancel that appointment. Im good, actually Im Gucci!!!!!$
