1 /5 Steven Clayton: I cannot comment on the Dentist because I did not make it to the dentist. My intention was to pay in cash for a visit. In order to do that and know what the amount would be, I was told on the phone that I would need to speak with "Kia". I was transferred to her extension, I left a message as I was told Kia was busy but should call me back shortly, hence the message I left requesting as such. No return call that day and I left my message in the morning. The next day I called back and again was told Kia was busy and I requested that she please call me back before days end and the attendant advised she would pass the message. No return call that day either. End state, if your so darn busy you cant make a 2 minute phone call to tell me what an initial x-ray will cost, youre to busy!
