Giving me options to work my plan. I have recommended to others. So they can have that experience. And have a happy smile. 5 /5 Tia R: It’s rare that I do a same day review but this place is worth it. My primary dentist was unavailable so I called today, 11/25/24, around 8 AM, requesting an emergency visit as a non/patient. They had a 9 AM appointment available. Not only was I back home by 10:15 AM but I was discomfort/pain free. While I don’t remember their names, from the lady who I first spoke to when I called (who also handles billing), to the male receptionist, and to Dr. Stewart, I received excellent service from all of them. Dr. Stewart had great bedside manner and quickly fixed my issue. The price was very reasonable, less than $100 with my insurance. I am so grateful they were able to see me considering Thanksgiving is coming up. I highly recommend them. It feels good to have a place in my neighborhood that gives great services.

1 /5 jetwayne campbell: DO NOT GO HERE!!! Had the unpleasant opportunity to deal with this practice. The front desk/billing department is very predatory. They told me originally that my insurance was already maxed out so I had to pay out of pocket... fine. I paid upfront what was told and here we are 6 months later and they sent me a bill for another 500 dollars. When I called and tried to get clarity the front desk had a nasty attitude and gave smart remarks. I told her those remarks arent warranted especially since no one informed me even when I showed up recently. Consumers beware. I will say the dentist and dental hygienist Ashley were warm, welcoming and did a great job. But in these economic time you must also look out for transparency and unfortunately Panola family dental seems to practice very shady billing antics. If you go, CONFIRM everything before you give them the Greenlight to do anything. Lastly they need someone different at the desk other than the woman who is there. I heard her speak to someone before in the same manner but never to me. Its not until I was telling her how these practices are not fair to patients when her attitude changed.
