1 /5 Diane Bartlett: Receptionist is the absolute best person. Dr Robin is rude and very rough. She lacks empathy and bedside manner. I would not be coming back or recommending her to ANYONE!

1 /5 miguel riera: Front desk gets 5 star. Very clean and professional. 1st time with this dentist. Went in for my free cleaning. Came out paying $800 for a "deep" cleaning that cracked my tooth. Then she sent me to another dentist to pull out the tooth that SHE cracked. This whole experience has been the most painful that if ever felt and the most discouraging. And the other dentist advised me that the "deep" cleaning needed more cleaning.... old office, old equipment. Not for me.

5 /5 Canei lampkin: I have to say that my experience was amazing! From the time, I walked in, Mrs. Rhonda (receptionist) greeting us with so much respect with great customer service skills. Then, Dr. Robin, was straight to the point but professional; this office made you feel like you were part of the family. Also, a bonus for me, was when Dr. Robin, called to check on how my nephew was feeling after his procedure earlier that day. Make sure y’all check these facilities out for yourself because everyone’s experiences are different. Looking at the reviews, I was scared to try them, but I’m glad that I did.

1 /5 Arielle Harris: Honestly one of my worse dentist experience and mainly because of the Dr’s attitude. Huffing, puffing, sighing, and rolling her eyes. Oh and she’s very rough. Plus not patient at all. Only giving one star because the front desk secretary is absolutely one of the most helpful people I’ve ever encountered. Literally day and night from the dentist. The dentist doesn’t make sure to make the experience somewhat calmed or relaxed whatsoever. She acts like it’s an inconvenience to service you. She didn’t even fill my teeth correctly. Based on my experience, I could’ve sworn the dentist’s service was free. But nope, last I checked my insurance and I paid for it!

1 /5 Preciousss: ABSOLUTE WORST DENTIST I’VE BEEN TO !! Manager (only teeth cleaner in the building) was completely rude and rough on my mouth!! Pinching my lips, rolling eyes, huffing and puffing... Do not go here unless you want your mouth the be in pain (not even the good teeth cleaning pain lol). We understand if you’re having a bad day but please do not take it out on your patients! However receptionist is very very sweet i wish she didn’t have to work in such a bad environment!

Lauren was my hygienist today with Dr Leonards evaluation of my future oral hygiene care. I havent gone to a dentist in years so I really didnt know to expect. I enjoyed going here and having a future relationship with the dental group.

Crystal G.: The quality of my partial is very disappointing. It does not fit properly. Several adjustments were made and it looks terrible and feels even worse. There were rigged places from where the adjustments were done. The upper part looks a complete MESS! This was a waste of my time and money. It looks like something I made myself in an arts and crafts class. After spending my morning with multiple adjustments being done and no resolution - I left in disbelief that this was delivered to me looking nothing like the original mold I tried on weeks earlier. Its so disheartening. The staff was nice but this is unacceptable. Up until this point it had been a pleasure coming here.

Mo Bai: I dont even know that its fair to share my experience with them at this point, but I feel the strong need to share for the sake of potentially advocating for the kids that this office sees now. I havent been anywhere near a dental office for around 13 years because of the trauma these people caused me as a child. I finally took a chance and got my first professional cleaning after all those years yesterday (at a completely different office) and realized that dental visits arent actually all literal torment. It was just this office being horrible. I have never forgotten the genuine torture these people put me under as a child, not only physically but also mentally. Even as I grow into a safer feeling with this new dentist, I still cant be anywhere near a dental office without being in a complete state of panic due to the trauma from Help A Child Smile. So much as catching a whiff anywhere of the smell that exists in that office sends me into a panic attack. I have no idea if theres any of the same people on staff now or if their standard of care has changed for the better or worse, but given the reviews Im seeing, I feel that my experience is still worth sharing. Check in with how your kids feel going to that place. If they hate it, listen to them. Dont just dismiss them as being dramatic because "theyre a kid, and its the dentist." I wish my anxiety and tears about going to that place had been listened to, but they remained my dentistry office throughout my childhood, and that caused (obviously) long-lasting damage psychologically.
