1 /5 Jessica Williamson: Terrible service. I was there in January for a cleaning and was told it was a regular cleaning. They later billed me for a deep cleaning and mailed me the balance that my insurance company didnt pay. I asked the hygienist if I needed a deep clean, she said no because she didnt need to go under the gum line. Dr. Innis examed me and told me I needed an extraction. I went back yesterday to have it done, only to be told he couldnt do it. So I had to pay another examination fee. Why wasnt I told this in January and given a referral. So here I am today at the surgeons office only to find out they dont take my insurance. I am so done. Time to find a new dentist.
