5 /5 Monika Davis: I highly recommend Dr. Brandon Lynch at Ardent Smiles! Having been his patient at a previous office, I happily followed him. He has a wonderfully personable approach that immediately puts you at ease. I also appreciate that appointment times are consistently well managed, which is so important with a busy schedule. Dr. Lynch takes the time to ensure you understand and are comfortable with his recommendations, and the quality of his dental work is excellent. Furthermore, the positive and friendly staff at Ardent Smiles has made every visit a pleasant one, even when I was in pain.

1 /5 My boys: I sent all my information into the clinic prior to my appt. At my appt I originally wanted a limited exam about one tooth. I told hygienist I didn’t want cleaning and that I already had X-rays from previous office that can furnish. She wanted to do X-rays and told me I’m eligible for a cleaning. I agree because “why not!” Like I stated I provided all my insurance info. I got to front desk they told me I had a bill! I’ve never paid for a cleaning and then they lied and put fluoride and X-ray on that bill. I didn’t pay! They told me after looking closer into the problem that they weren’t in my network! I’m like that not my fault and I didn’t ask for xray cleaning and I didn’t get the fluoride they put on my treatment plan. Fast forward I return for an appointment to get treatment. On my treatment plan it said one price. When I got to the office it was 190 plus more. I found that to be very disturbing. I told them I had to go to my car and never returned. The doc was cool and I was willing to pay the out of network price to get some of my work done but I’ve done treatment planning and I’m an assistant myself I already signed my treatment plan with the price so you can’t just go change it. I’ve also called my insurance to let them know fraud is being committed and will sue if I get a bill because I didn’t come in for cleaning and they lied saying I got Fluoride and also they took X-rays because they wanted to I told them I had them already. I drove over an hour to these appointments for the bullshit!

My dental treatment was explained to me step by step. The staff spoke to me like a person with feelings. I was treated with respect and dignity. Anyone in need of Dental Services, I highly recommend Ardent Smiles located in Conyers, GA. You will not be disappointed.
