1 /5 Amanda Stiggins: 97 dollars for this???? And there is no design!!! My daughter asked for a very a design on the nail in white!!! So I have no clue why I was charged 97?!?!?! I had to leave her there and my mom got her … so I guess they think they can scam a teenager out of money!!! Bullshit place!!! And way to costly for trash!!!

5 /5 Lindsey Feagins: This review is for Vanecia! I don’t go out to get my nails done often- I booked with any available staff and I’m SO glad we got paired. First off, she was so sweet, fun and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable right away. Second, she did EXACTLY what I wanted for my nails and did not hesitate. She took her time with the details and I’m so impressed with the results. I can’t wait to work with her again! I do think the shop itself could use a little Love (noticed lots of spots on the wall next to the sink) but overall I would come back.

2 /5 Savannah Robles: The nails looked beautiful in the end, their website says 60-80 for a full set which is why I was shocked when the total was 102(without tip)! 117 with tip..! Jennifer was who worked with me, she wasn’t necessarily rude but wasn’t exactly nice either, didn’t talk to me or make eye contact at all and seemed annoyed at the fact I was sitting down when I first got there, my first experience getting acrylic sets done and it wasn’t amazing. 102 for three colors, and a design that didn’t perfectly match the inspo pic I showed was a little shocking to say the least. Very clean place, and overall not a terrible experience.

1 /5 Kimberly Perreira: This review is specifically for LISA and the people who check you out when you pay. I have been coming here for four years with no issues until today. I got a regular pedicure with gel polish, Which I always get, And this time I asked for the gel polish on my fingers to be removed but nothing put on them. When I went to check out, Lisa kept repeating that I had a deluxe pedicure and a manicure. She doesn’t speak much English, so I figured she wasn’t sure how to describe what I had so I proceeded to tell the gentleman checking me out the services she provided. He repeated everything back to me and proceeded to put the payment on the screen and also to let me know that I was getting a $10 discount for having points. Once I paid and looked at the bill, I realize something was very wrong. I was charged $15 to remove the nail polish on my fingers. I went back-and-forth with two different people trying to tell them a soak off cost five dollars which they agreed but we’re still trying to justify the $10 saying it was for something else. After much debate, I was able to get the $10 and I went home. It wasn’t until I got home that I saw I was indeed charged for a deluxe pedicure which is $60 and not a gel Pedicure which is $50. I called them back right away, explained what happened and they proceeded to talk to each other in the background and completely forgot that I was on the phone. I decided to drive back and the gentleman working at the front was very condescending and took no accountability for what was happening. I explained to him that I was overcharged twice and I did not understand why the bill reflected services I didn’t have when I specifically told him what I had done. He then made an excuse, saying that he was going by what he was told, and he trusted her opinion over mine Even after the fact that I corrected her in front of him. He tried his best to rush the situation along so other customers would not hear. YOUNG always does my nails and she was unfortunately busy today and I could not book with her. But I will absolutely NEVER have Lisa do my nails again. She is a liar. And also bringing cash from now on. Please check your bills at the register because I never do. Can’t imagine how many people they have done this too.
