2 /5 Brandy Lee: I dont even know where to start! The service I received was a pedicure, and the lady conducting it was on her phone the entire time. Next, she didnt even apply cuticle softener. I had to request it. Then she only picked at my cuticles with the clippers, so I just took the tool and did it myself. She didnt massage my feet, only a small portion of my legs for a maximum of 30 seconds each. I went there because the other ones were closed or too busy but next time Ill wait. Lesson learned.

5 /5 Kimberly Stutz Stapleton: Best place in Swainsboro , the only place I let do my manicures & pedicures. I dont mind waiting, cause its well worth the wait. Always do a perfect job.

1 /5 Crystal McCastle: Overpriced! Paid $53 for a pedicure that was worth $20. Didn’t massage my leg, the guy took his mask off and sneezed in the air and then put his mask back on. Overall the service was about 15 minutes. If you get cat eyes gel polish it additional $5 on top of the additional $3 if you use your card.

The Nail Loft - blue ridge - Blue Ridge

Kassandra Flores: I was in town for a visit. Came here to get designs based on the photos shown and reviews. I showed them the design pic, said i want something like this (the blue and white nail design photo on thier review page). They said ok but once it was time to do it, i was told she couldnt do designs and i walked out with pretty rough looking nails, a few crooked and several with bubbles in them from not being dry enough before next coat. My topcoat also did not cover all the edges so im sure they will lift soon. Not super impressed based on the reviews and the fact it cost me $70+ for something im gonna have to get done before time due to the topcoat and bubbles. However they were very nice. Edit: forgot to add i did not go back to let them fix as i was here a short time...no time to go back and it took 2.5 hours the first time! No time for that!

Arricka Nolan: I got my nails done almost a week ago and paid 60$ for pink and white ombre acrylic. The lady burned one of my nails with the drill during the process and one of my thumb nails was much shorter than the other. However I tried to blow it off. One of my nails started hurting and my acrylic nail ended up popping off. Thats when I noticed there was a bigger problem. I had a fungus/bacterial infection under my acrylic on my real nail!! I immediately popped the rest of my nails off to find it trying to form of 4 others. I went in to the salon today to try and speak to them about it and they told me it wasnt their fault and tried to say it was just my body. Ive never had anything like this form on my nails and Ive been getting acrylics for years. And for them to not even take accountability for it is even worse. I plan on taking the problem to the health department and even told them that while they continued to say it was just my body and it was nothing they did wrong.

Diamond Rose: My family lives in the area and I move back and forth from time to time since my spouse is in the military. I’ve been doing this for a few years now and this salon is the only one I come to and Wendy is the only person I will let touch my nails every time I’m here visiting. I’ve been here for almost a year now and I see her every month. She is amazing, attentive, and satisfies my nail needs/wants every time. I communicate my wants effectively which means I never leave the salon complaining about anything. I will get my toes done here also but my nails are my main priority. The lady with the fringe/bang does a wonderful pedicure. I’m a service provider myself and although I do think the salon itself can be cleaner or renovated I care more about customer service and the quality of the service I’m specifically provided by my service provider. The children of the staff never bother me if they are present, they are well mannered, and I don’t put judgement on anyone’s situation. I have never had to complain so I’m honestly not sure how they handle those situations.

Amber Reed: Worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. I showed her a picture and did not receive what I wanted. Plus they charge a 16 dollar fee on short nails. I payed 95 dollars for two sets and I am not happy. Not to mention they sanded them crooked and there is little mess ups everywhere. And the guy came over to see if my nails were cured and he said they were but they ended up messing up right when I walked out. This is RIDICULOUS. Never go there. Worst experience EVER. Not professional!!

Ive had services done for several formal occasions throughout my life, and our trip to the Beauty Depot will forever be one of the best. We left there truly looking and feeling beautiful! I knew from the minute I began booking with them, we were going to be well taken care of on one of the most important and special days for my best friend. They were professional and quick to respond when helping me coordinate the times and services, and they adjusted things to meet our needs and provide us lots of personal attention. The salon is chic, classy, and inviting, and the gals are warm, friendly, and so much fun to be around! I want to plan more trips to Blue Ridge just to get my glam on here!
