Haley Willis i love this place, best in town. but do need more employees definitely with they have walk ins!!, also can anyone tell me there new hours?? i’m going tomorrow (sunday) and idk what time they close. bc i think on their door it’s different hours then online

Brandy Lee I dont even know where to start! The service I received was a pedicure, and the lady conducting it was on her phone the entire time. Next, she didnt even apply cuticle softener. I had to request it. Then she only picked at my cuticles with the clippers, so I just took the tool and did it myself. She didnt massage my feet, only a small portion of my legs for a maximum of 30 seconds each. I went there because the other ones were closed or too busy but next time Ill wait. Lesson learned.

Kimberly Stutz Stapleton Best place in Swainsboro , the only place I let do my manicures & pedicures. I dont mind waiting, cause its well worth the wait. Always do a perfect job.

Emilee Brown My friend and I got our nails done today to leave for her bachelorette trip. She was very excited for her nails to be beautiful for pictures with her ring. To start, my friend’s pedicure was fantastic. The girl was phenomenal and took her time to be as detailed as possible. I got acrylic on my big toes and a gel polish change and they’re fine. Our nails on the other hand, are terrible. We asked for black and white checkered on ring fingers, and her other nails white and mine black. My nails are a black glitter, and the acrylic is entirely too thick. My nail tech, while I think did her best, did not live up to my expectations for what I thought was a very simple ask. The squares are not even. The black glitter is not what I asked for and the polish is bubbly in a lot of places. My friend’s nail tech started and wiped it off 5 times before he finally got to the end result which is still not what she asked for. I’ve attached our inspo pic and pictures of our nails for reference.

Jade’ Gamble The service was professional but the nail art was not. The design is not even filled in on multiple nails. You can still see the original nail color as if he didnt color the whole design. My nails look nothing like the reference I showed him. If he didnt have the ability to do the design I asked for, I would have been more than happy to pick something more comfortable for him to do. Very unsatisfied.

Maria Flores Loved it! Did exactly what I asked and wasnt pushing me to spend more and be uncomfortable. She wasnt upset when I got a bit picky. Will definitely be coming again, wish I got the name of the woman who did it but she sat at booth 3!

Aleshia Durden I have been to this nail salon several times. I have had more bad experiences than good. Today the nail technician wasnt friendly. She rushed with the pedicure even though I was the only person there. She didnt remove the dead skin from around the toe nail even though she cut me several times. When I told her, she acted as I was bothering her. Dont waste your time or money.

Marlana Griner My little cousin and I came here for her birthday. There were only two people working. We were waiting for over 45 minutes while one woman was sitting on her phone instead of doing our manicures. They were moving extremely slow, taking over an hour on one woman’s nails. I usually love coming here but this is unacceptable.

ashia mack I drove a hour for them to do my daughter nails n they have done them literally 5 times before n they refused her not only that they hurted her feelings never will i return and I understand if they had a child that really don’t be still, but when I say she’s very still in obedient never give anyone a problem when it comes to doing her nails she’s a pro but for them to act this way it surprised me but they will never get a dime from me again!!!!!
