1 /5 Aleshia Durden: I have been to this nail salon several times. I have had more bad experiences than good. Today the nail technician wasnt friendly. She rushed with the pedicure even though I was the only person there. She didnt remove the dead skin from around the toe nail even though she cut me several times. When I told her, she acted as I was bothering her. Dont waste your time or money.

1 /5 Marlana Griner: My little cousin and I came here for her birthday. There were only two people working. We were waiting for over 45 minutes while one woman was sitting on her phone instead of doing our manicures. They were moving extremely slow, taking over an hour on one woman’s nails. I usually love coming here but this is unacceptable.

1 /5 ashia mack: I drove a hour for them to do my daughter nails n they have done them literally 5 times before n they refused her not only that they hurted her feelings never will i return and I understand if they had a child that really don’t be still, but when I say she’s very still in obedient never give anyone a problem when it comes to doing her nails she’s a pro but for them to act this way it surprised me but they will never get a dime from me again!!!!!

1 /5 Billy Brinson: My wife went into this place and was there for almost two hours. Her fingernails had to be redone and the guy doing them did not know what he was doing. He literally burned her nails to her skin with the gel polish.

When I arrived and sat down there were probably like 6 people waiting but they was getting them people in and out and when I say less than 30 minutes less than 30 minutes !!! They was just touching people and doing the next customer not onceeee did I see them sanitize anything down !!! They didn’t wash there hands after touching feet and hands no nothing!!! Just kept moving with each customer so when they got to me I was like I’m not gone worry about it because I didn’t want to make a big fuss I just wanted to get what I needed done and leave being it was last minute and I had to work the same day!!! On top of that they have an very detailed price list but when it was time for me to pay they charged me 3X extra I have a picture of the price list my toes was supposed to been $18 and my nails was supposed to been $65 how I don’t know because all I had was gel polish with French tips and like I said on there price list it listed the price but like I said I just wanted to get when I needed done done and leave!!!! And my eyebrows my eyebrows were horribleeee days later I got bumps around my eyebrows and I don’t have noooo bumpsss on my faceeeeeee !!! My eyebrows was supposed to been $10 and my boyfriend toes were $45 when I added everything up I was supposed to pay $133 dollars when they gave me my price it was $158 they cheated me real bad and my nails was ugly big and fat !!!!! Everything was HORRIBLE AND UNSANITARY AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I only went because I was recommended but seeing for myself I will NEVER RETURN!!! And I should have disputed that charge but I know God Gone Bless Me more because they was definitely dead wrong !!!! You supposed to clean between each person now I’m sitting here with bumps around my eyebrows !!! The only thing came out right was my toes !! And I still got over charged yeah I’m done and never ever going back
