    Diamond Rose: My family lives in the area and I move back and forth from time to time since my spouse is in the military. I’ve been doing this for a few years now and this salon is the only one I come to and Wendy is the only person I will let touch my nails every time I’m here visiting. I’ve been here for almost a year now and I see her every month. She is amazing, attentive, and satisfies my nail needs/wants every time. I communicate my wants effectively which means I never leave the salon complaining about anything. I will get my toes done here also but my nails are my main priority. The lady with the fringe/bang does a wonderful pedicure. I’m a service provider myself and although I do think the salon itself can be cleaner or renovated I care more about customer service and the quality of the service I’m specifically provided by my service provider. The children of the staff never bother me if they are present, they are well mannered, and I don’t put judgement on anyone’s situation. I have never had to complain so I’m honestly not sure how they handle those situations.

    Amber Reed: Worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. I showed her a picture and did not receive what I wanted. Plus they charge a 16 dollar fee on short nails. I payed 95 dollars for two sets and I am not happy. Not to mention they sanded them crooked and there is little mess ups everywhere. And the guy came over to see if my nails were cured and he said they were but they ended up messing up right when I walked out. This is RIDICULOUS. Never go there. Worst experience EVER. Not professional!!

    Kim Roberts: My husband and I had a couples massage with Marcy and Jeremy. Beautiful place and Jeremy gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. We left feeling relaxed and with a few goodies to bring home from the amazing gift shop in the lobby. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in town!

Ive had services done for several formal occasions throughout my life, and our trip to the Beauty Depot will forever be one of the best. We left there truly looking and feeling beautiful! I knew from the minute I began booking with them, we were going to be well taken care of on one of the most important and special days for my best friend. They were professional and quick to respond when helping me coordinate the times and services, and they adjusted things to meet our needs and provide us lots of personal attention. The salon is chic, classy, and inviting, and the gals are warm, friendly, and so much fun to be around! I want to plan more trips to Blue Ridge just to get my glam on here!     Katie Quast: I come with a friend to enjoy a spa day every year. We always leave extremely happy with our services. The massages and facials are what we would recommend. They also added a little cafe with specialty coffees that is amazing! It is so relaxing and most definitely worth a trip!

The gel colors actually match what was on display. Very clean and friendly staff! Jamie is TOP TIER on pedicures and Cindy is AMAZING for full sets! I will definitely be back! I haven’t had service this good in years!! Highly recommend!
