1 /5 Emilee Brown: My friend and I got our nails done today to leave for her bachelorette trip. She was very excited for her nails to be beautiful for pictures with her ring. To start, my friend’s pedicure was fantastic. The girl was phenomenal and took her time to be as detailed as possible. I got acrylic on my big toes and a gel polish change and they’re fine. Our nails on the other hand, are terrible. We asked for black and white checkered on ring fingers, and her other nails white and mine black. My nails are a black glitter, and the acrylic is entirely too thick. My nail tech, while I think did her best, did not live up to my expectations for what I thought was a very simple ask. The squares are not even. The black glitter is not what I asked for and the polish is bubbly in a lot of places. My friend’s nail tech started and wiped it off 5 times before he finally got to the end result which is still not what she asked for. 1 /5 Jade’ Gamble: The service was professional but the nail art was not. The design is not even filled in on multiple nails. You can still see the original nail color as if he didnt color the whole design. My nails look nothing like the reference I showed him. If he didnt have the ability to do the design I asked for, I would have been more than happy to pick something more comfortable for him to do. Very unsatisfied.

5 /5 Maria Flores: Loved it! Did exactly what I asked and wasnt pushing me to spend more and be uncomfortable. She wasnt upset when I got a bit picky. Will definitely be coming again, wish I got the name of the woman who did it but she sat at booth 3!

1 /5 Larissa Giguere: After almost 1.5 hours for a gel dip manicure on my natural nails, I was just ready to get out. The skin was filed down hard enough to bleed and was raw, the polish was actually on the tips of my fingers (which you can see in the photos), it was piled on past the sides of my actual nails making them look wicked wide, and over the past 4 days the dip is already coming off and will likely fall off totally in the next day or so. Theyre raised off and lumpy, have been catching in my hair and everything since I walked out. Honestly feel like I wasted $50. Update: 4 days after initially getting them and Ive already lost 4 of the gel dip nails. Waste of money.

1 /5 erin byrd: they made me bleed and told me my nails was too small which never happened at any other nail salon they also had glue all over my nails.Terrible job!
