Cute Af: Horrible experience. She was very sleepy and kept yawning the whole time. My nails were different shapes and sizes. there was glue under my nails. she barely filled my nails and rushed. the paint wasn’t neat. when i told her i didn’t like the shape of my nails she handed me the file and told me to do it and had an attitude. refused to fix them and still charged me $50.

Aleshia Durden: I have been to this nail salon several times. I have had more bad experiences than good. Today the nail technician wasnt friendly. She rushed with the pedicure even though I was the only person there. She didnt remove the dead skin from around the toe nail even though she cut me several times. When I told her, she acted as I was bothering her. Dont waste your time or money.

Emilee Brown: My friend and I got our nails done today to leave for her bachelorette trip. She was very excited for her nails to be beautiful for pictures with her ring. To start, my friend’s pedicure was fantastic. The girl was phenomenal and took her time to be as detailed as possible. I got acrylic on my big toes and a gel polish change and they’re fine. Our nails on the other hand, are terrible. We asked for black and white checkered on ring fingers, and her other nails white and mine black. My nails are a black glitter, and the acrylic is entirely too thick. My nail tech, while I think did her best, did not live up to my expectations for what I thought was a very simple ask. The squares are not even. The black glitter is not what I asked for and the polish is bubbly in a lot of places. My friend’s nail tech started and wiped it off 5 times before he finally got to the end result which is still not what she asked for. I’ve attached our inspo pic and pictures of our nails for reference.

Kassandra Flores: I was in town for a visit. Came here to get designs based on the photos shown and reviews. I showed them the design pic, said i want something like this (the blue and white nail design photo on thier review page). They said ok but once it was time to do it, i was told she couldnt do designs and i walked out with pretty rough looking nails, a few crooked and several with bubbles in them from not being dry enough before next coat. My topcoat also did not cover all the edges so im sure they will lift soon. Not super impressed based on the reviews and the fact it cost me $70+ for something im gonna have to get done before time due to the topcoat and bubbles. However they were very nice. Edit: forgot to add i did not go back to let them fix as i was here a short time...no time to go back and it took 2.5 hours the first time! No time for that!

Arricka Nolan: I got my nails done almost a week ago and paid 60$ for pink and white ombre acrylic. The lady burned one of my nails with the drill during the process and one of my thumb nails was much shorter than the other. However I tried to blow it off. One of my nails started hurting and my acrylic nail ended up popping off. Thats when I noticed there was a bigger problem. I had a fungus/bacterial infection under my acrylic on my real nail!! I immediately popped the rest of my nails off to find it trying to form of 4 others. I went in to the salon today to try and speak to them about it and they told me it wasnt their fault and tried to say it was just my body. Ive never had anything like this form on my nails and Ive been getting acrylics for years. And for them to not even take accountability for it is even worse. I plan on taking the problem to the health department and even told them that while they continued to say it was just my body and it was nothing they did wrong.
