5 /5 Christopher Slomer: I just want to thank the whole team in Smile Forever Atlanta Dentistry. I never liked dentists because of a tragic experience I had when I was about 16 years of age. Since then, I have had other experiences that have not been pleasant, but with Dr. Patel and all his Assistances/Techs are well learned. They all have a nice way of making you comfortable. I had an emergency with my tooth that no one wanted to touch. I had one dentist tell me he didnt want to touch it because it would take too long and wouldnt even at least give me something for pain. Anyway, Im so glad that my wife found Dr. Patel, who not only took the time to look at my tooth but went above and beyond to actually have me come and him take it out. There were some issues with my blood pressure for a moment because we were having problems with the size of my arm and getting a good read. Despite all that, though, we were finally able to get a bigger cuff, but it was looking like I wouldnt be able to get it done because of the reading. Disappointment started to come over me because my wife and I had driven 3 hours to get to his office and all because of my blood pressure. I didnt want to go another second with this tooth in my head, but Dr. Patel and his team kept me comfortable, and I started to just put myself in a meditating state that my next reading was good enough for Dr. Patel to say yes! I was so excited. Now, take in mind, though, its already 10 minutes from closing, and they havent even started numbing me yet because my blood pressure just got down. I just want you to see how wonderful Dr. Patel and his team were to me, and that despite them going to be almost 2 hours after closing, they never complained nor made me feel like I was a burden. They treated me with so much respect and care. Dr. Patel especially took his time to make sure I didnt feel any pain and that I was comfortable. He extracted my tooth with no pain and with all the care that any patient should receive. Im thankful for him and his team, and I have found me a dentist that I can trust and that I am comfortable with seeing my whole family. So again, I want to say thank you so very much for taking what could have been your personal time and staying there for me to take care of me.
