3 /5 Queshan Hayes: First, I’d like to say I’ve always loved this office. They validate parking and when I’ve had appointments in the past, it’s always been amazing and I have referred my friends. However, this last visit was a bit different. I haven’t been in a while, so there were many changes. First, when I arrived, there was no eye contact or a greeting. I wasn’t used to this as when I used to attend, the front desk associates would cheerfullY great me! Maybe because they now have an auto check in device and feel that they don’t have to greet me. This was new for me, so I had to “figure it out” myself. So I was taken back by that. Then, when I was finally seen, everything felt rushed. I felt as if they were simply trying to get me in and out. I could tell it was busy as I heard multiple conversations in the back and saw almost every room occupied. The only person who I felt was really interested in me and my visit was the guy who took my X-rays. He was patient, kind, personable and reminded me of the old staff when I used to go. If this is how it’s going to be on my future visits, it may be time for another dental practice. I will continue to go, as it’s convenient, but my next visit may be the deciding factor.
UPDATE: Visited again a week later and my experience was much like it used to be. Front desk did greet me and asked about my day. My procedure was handled with care and concern for my well being and comfort. It did seem less busy and maybe that was a determining factor. At any rate, it was a much better experience.
