had an extremely disappointing experience at Pure Dental. From the moment I walked in, I felt like just another number rather than a valued patient. The staff tries their best to accommodate the patient. But when you been messed over 3 different visits time, I believe it’s a problem.
The dentist barely took the time to listen to my concerns, rushed through the appointment, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care. On top of that, the front desk staff was helpful but lacked organization skills.
A dental office should prioritize patient comfort and communication, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care.
Unable to keep staff due to the arrogance of the dentist. They have missed up several time with my treatment plan and changes the treatment plan to fit the dentist that is servicing the patient. The plan should be best for the paying patient and agreed with the dentist
Just dont waste time or money, you will be disappointed
