4 /5 Aaron Paul: I was conflicted between giving Moores Mill Dental 4 stars or 3. I decided to give 4 stars to be fair, because the dentist herself is friendly, and I appreciate that she came through with a same day appointment for a crown when I broke a molar. The work she did was not bad in any way, although another dentist did find cement between the crown and my gum line, which was irritating the area a little. I have not had any issues with the office, and the staff is mostly friendly. They also have a prime location if you live in the area. Overall, I never felt like a relationship was formed, unlike my past dentists. However, the primary reason I will be looking elsewhere is that I did not like my experience with routine cleanings and check ups. They were rushed and never felt thorough. The attention to detail was not there. My wife had the same experience with a different hygienist, and I just could never say it was a great experience. It wasnt bad either. It was just ok.

5 /5 Chris Devries: I recently got a crown done by Dr. Vy Do. I’m always super nervous about any real dental work besides cleaning. We’ve all had the dentist that can’t find the nerve and has to stick that needle in too many times, that’s what I always think about anyway. Dr Do had me numbed up completely and immediately and he and the dental assistant Shavonne did a great job putting me at ease, milling the new in house crown and preparing the tooth to seat the crown in about an hour. Very fast, and very nice people. Thank you, Thank-you, thank you !

5 /5 Kauai: I have been a patient at Moores Mill Dental for more than three years, and I truly appreciate the wonderful staff. They are consistently friendly and welcoming. My hygienist is exceptional! I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking dental care. Thank you ladies!!

1 /5 Alexsa: I was only employed for two weeks before being fired without reason. While I understand GA is an at will state, it was a wrongful termination. I was given a 90 day probation period and they did not uphold that agreement. I was never trained properly on how to schedule the patients nor on how to treatment plan. This office does not have a template on how to schedule nor do they use the dental software correctly. Dr. Nancy advise her office manager that I was not a “Good fit.” I quit my job that I was working at for 4 years to take on this position (which the office manger knew) she told me that “that’s just the risk you take.” Which is unprofessional in my opinion. There is no structure on how things should properly be done. To top it off they had me work a full day before being fired. I would not recommend as there is no job security.

5 /5 Bristow Anderson: Even after two years of acquaintance, with each visit I continue to be impressed with Dr. Nancy and her fantastic staff. Their expert care, along with their suggestions and encouragement have done more for my dental hygiene and well-being than I can believe. Everyone here is exceptional. My dentist for life!
