5 /5 Nia Paramore: The dentists here where absolutely sweethearts! I came in to get an emergency oral surgery (wisdom tooth removal) and they where very patient and quick to help! Even though they where short staffed the dentist made sure to help me out which is just amazing. Doctors was constantly worried about my pain and making sure I didnt stay in pain! He was an absolute genuine person that wanted to do the best for me and I just love him for that. The helper was also great and made conversations to help keep me calm and he throughly explained any questions I had. Also they where both eye candy worthy LOL. All in all would definitely recommend to a million other people and I would go back in a heartbeat. Considering making this my main dentist just because they where so awesome! Thank you for your help!!!

5 /5 Joshua Robinson: First off, kudos to the few dental offices that are open on weekends and treat emergencies as if they are ACTUAL emergencies! This office was kind and professional. They answered all of my questions right down to the money and I was seen almost immediately. Kayla at the front desk was so knowledgeable and helpful. The assistant Benjamin carried great conversation. It really helped make the room less tense because c’mon who enjoys an extraction? Thank you so much to Dr. Padolsky and his team. The process was so quick and painless. I am so appreciative. I’ll be booking my further extractions and appointments with them!

1 /5 Cassandra Tolliver: Unfortunately I never got a chance to see the doctor! My father was rushed by ambulance to the ER with chest pain! I called the dentist office right a way in route to the Er because I paid up front! Needless to say they would not reschedule me and they also would not refund the $138 dollars I paid up front! I really did not want the money, I just wanted them to a just then appointment and they refused! Greed they stated they were sorry to hear about my dad but you will not receive a refund!

5 /5 Lauren Miller: I went for my first visit/consult today, I have never been to a specialist before and it was long overdue. They immediately took full mouth radiographs and then the doctor came in and explained them in full detail and did a quick exam. He was so informational, answered all of our questions, and they even cast my teeth today so I could have my first appliance by my next appointment! I love the doctor’s approach, he wants to stay away from medications and surgery as much as possible and do everything else he can first to help fix things long term. I am so excited to get started on my treatment plan and feel better!

1 /5 tony wallace: I cant believe I have been sitting here for an hour waiting for copies of my dental xrays. That is unacceptable. I also remember on my 1st visit. I had a long wait when there was only two patients in the office, with me being one of the two. However the Dentist was good. I will give him 4 stars.

Stephanie L.: I did a walk in appointment on Saturday for 2 tooth extractions. I got there at 8:30 and was done at 11:30. Let me say this…they don’t take insurance and you have to pay for everything same day. If needed, apply for Care Credit while you’re there. I must admit it’s pricey without insurance and it’s up to you to determine if it’s worth it. If you’re looking for “fancy”, this ain’t it. Lol. If you’re looking for GOOD SERVICE from PROFESSIONAL STAFF, this is it. I’ve been here THREE times and encountered different staff all 3 times, and they have all treated me with compassion and professionalism; I never questioned their competency to get the job done. This time I had a stubborn lower molar that didn’t want to come out. Dr. Troy was very patient and didn’t get frustrated and start just yanking on it. When we could feel the tooth finally giving in, his assistant held my hand and calmed me down. Yes I was given good anesthesia but because the tooth was stubborn, I could still feel some of the pressure. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Troy and his assistant; wish I could remember her name.

But the staff here are so much better. My dental hygienist, Tamara, was gentle, empathetic, and friendly. It was honestly the best cleaning experience Ive ever had in my entire life. She didnt yell at me. She didnt make me feel bad. She didnt ridicule me. All of these things always happen to me at the dentist. I know I have pretty bad teeth. I also know Im doing a pretty lousy job caring for them. I live a stressful life, so teeth arent always my priority, as they should be. But she didnt make me feel bad about how I care for my teeth, which was very important to me. She offered suggestions on improving the quality of my care for my teeth. And the dentist was very friendly and very chill. They were all very laid back and very chill. There is no intensity at all. I highly recommend this place due to the comfort and safety I found. They were a little expensive, but I think they were worth the price. It took them a while to find my X-rays, as they had technical problems. This is not a paid review or endorsement.
