As someone with severe health anxiety, I knew I needed to be seen by a dentist to confirm that nothing was too awry or else I would continue to be anxious. I already was so anxious walking in, but this staff completely turned me around in an hour and a half.
The woman at the front desk (forgive me, I don’t remember her name), was so kind, open, and friendly and instantly made me feel comfortable. She explained all my payment options up front before committing to anything.
After being taken back, I saw Dr. Yang. He also was so friendly and put me at ease. He calmly explained everything and answered all of my questions. Before leaving, he ensured that I felt comfortable with next steps and that I left without any lingering questions.
Again, as someone with severe health anxiety, any time I’m in pain or feel “off,” I am always buzzing at an intense level, but I felt so at ease upon leaving because of this experience and having all of my questions answered. Would definitely go to this location again. Truly 10/10.
