Dr. Xu was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly during the procedure—truly top-notch care. Kat at the front desk was also amazing; she walked me through the payment plan options and made the whole process stress-free. The entire team was warm, efficient, and clearly cares about their patients. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great dental office!

5 /5 Kelly Flanagan: I had a wonderful appt recently with Dr Cibirka. The team was amazing by fitting me in last minute. I greatly appreciated the time Dr Cibirka took to discuss my examination, my wants for cosmetic reasons and the options to achieve them. Brittney was a wonderful hygienist taking her time and easy to chat with! Ashely did wonders with my whitening - very kind and considerate making sure I was comfortable during the hour long process. So grateful for this team. Looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

3 /5 Thrivewith MRay: My bridge popped out while flossing not even a year after they originally completed the work. I went by for help on a Wednesday afternoon but wasn’t seen. There’s no dentist on Thursday and Friday, and had to wait until Monday to be seen. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and it was still almost an hour before I was seen. I did appreciate the new dentist and his expertise in getting the job done which is why I gave the three stars.

Laura and Anna at the front desk managed to get me an appt in quick time and then Dr Shuster and Grace did an excellent job to keep me calm and pain-free while they performed their magic despite my fears and nerves. I consider myself very lucky to have such capable professionals watching out for me!

Aaron Paul: I was conflicted between giving Moores Mill Dental 4 stars or 3. I decided to give 4 stars to be fair, because the dentist herself is friendly, and I appreciate that she came through with a same day appointment for a crown when I broke a molar. The work she did was not bad in any way, although another dentist did find cement between the crown and my gum line, which was irritating the area a little. I have not had any issues with the office, and the staff is mostly friendly. They also have a prime location if you live in the area. Overall, I never felt like a relationship was formed, unlike my past dentists. However, the primary reason I will be looking elsewhere is that I did not like my experience with routine cleanings and check ups. They were rushed and never felt thorough. The attention to detail was not there. My wife had the same experience with a different hygienist, and I just could never say it was a great experience. It wasnt bad either. It was just ok.
