    trinutea ferguson: it’s clean and everyone is really friendly. It’s just a bit pricy for the quality you get. I paid $165 for a full set and gel pedicure and the paint quality is poor for the price. but the ambiance is friendly. i would prob go somewhere else tho in the future to get my moneys worth !! update!! my toes chipped after 5 days with gel :( never had this problem before so i probably wouldn’t go back.

    Cat Moseley: I had a terrible experience here. I made an appointment for a manicure and when my technician came over she seemed very addled. She was jerking my hands around to remove my polish in a way that made me think I had personally offended her somehow. Eventually I told her once she removes the polish I would just pay for a removal and leave. She insisted I stay and proceeded to spend an hour and forty five minutes on my manicure. She dropped nail files, dropped materials, and all the employees of this store kept looking over because CLEARLY something was off. She even tried to tell me she doesn’t do chrome over black polish even though that was what I walked in with. My manicure does not look good but I had an event to attend and had to go. The person checking me out looked at my nails and I received a call 10 minutes after I left saying “we saw your nails look bad you can come in for a redo.” I’m visiting from out of town and don’t want a redo I want my money back but the owner assured me it isn’t their policy to give refunds so now I have a shitty manicure, almost 2 hours of my life wasted and $90 down the drain. Also, the woman next to me was also receiving poor service as I watched her try to get her nail art right and she eventually resigned and said “just do French tips” which leads me to believe maybe this salon and all of their technicians are new.

    Gillian Dunleavy: Just got my first pedicure at this salon and it was a 10/10 experience! Super friendly staff, wide variety of polish options (both gel and regular). I even got an information sheet with the breakdown of the products they use (all natural which I love!). They also offer activities and classes throughout the week. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing nail experience, and excited to come back!

    Brittany Gaston: I love this salon. I came as a walk-in and was a little nervous abt getting my nails done by someone I didn’t know. Lily was absolutely amazing and did exactly what I wanted. Staff was super nice and informative definitely will be back

    jo mama: NAIL NIGHTMARE! Absolutely horrible! Do not go here. Wait time was horrible and the technician destroyed my nails, nail beds, and left them a complete wreck (photo attached). I paid for the premium service as well and had to sit as they pulled out a dremel to rush the service. I have idea how to even fix and resurface my nails.

    Karma Campbell: I’ve been coming here for 4 years & i recommend this place to EVERYONE! I refuse to go anywhere else . It doesn’t even matter who’s doing my nails they all do amazing job. They get me right in very quickly With no wait time ever. They serve few drinks and make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. This is my most favorite nail salon I’ve ever experienced!! I love it here !!

    Francesaqua Chapman: New to this nail spa but each time I went the services provided exceeded expectations. Kelly introduced me to tap gel which is said to be more durable than regular gel and dip powder. When I went back, Peach did an amazing job with doing a refresh to my nails. Her application of the hard gel was top tier. I especially liked the way she applied a thin layer of the tap gel for a more natural look. Great experiences overall and looking forward to my next visits!
