1 /5 Cat Moseley: I had a terrible experience here. I made an appointment for a manicure and when my technician came over she seemed very addled. She was jerking my hands around to remove my polish in a way that made me think I had personally offended her somehow. Eventually I told her once she removes the polish I would just pay for a removal and leave. She insisted I stay and proceeded to spend an hour and forty five minutes on my manicure. She dropped nail files, dropped materials, and all the employees of this store kept looking over because CLEARLY something was off. She even tried to tell me she doesn’t do chrome over black polish even though that was what I walked in with. My manicure does not look good but I had an event to attend and had to go. The person checking me out looked at my nails and I received a call 10 minutes after I left saying “we saw your nails look bad you can come in for a redo.” I’m visiting from out of town and don’t want a redo I want my money back but the owner assured me it isn’t their policy to give refunds so now I have a shitty manicure, almost 2 hours of my life wasted and $90 down the drain. Also, the woman next to me was also receiving poor service as I watched her try to get her nail art right and she eventually resigned and said “just do French tips” which leads me to believe maybe this salon and all of their technicians are new.

5 /5 Danzie Starr: I walked in and was immediately impressed the salon is absolutely beautiful! Even though they are new, their amazing work is what caught my eye and brought me in. I was warmly greeted by Amy with a big smile. I used a kiosk to place my order based on the services they offered, and was seated right away for a manicure and pedicure at the same time. Lily did a wonderful job on my pedicure and was so sweet throughout the process. After my pedicure, I mentioned a small change I wanted, and Trinity jumped right in to assist with my full set. she did an amazing job as well! Everyone was so accommodating and eager to help. Plus, they even offer complimentary drinks with your service! I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!

5 /5 Hypatia Cox: I just had one of the best manicures in a long time! The staff were kind, efficient, and the gel nails came out looking absolutely stunning. Plus, the prices were surprisingly reasonable given the excellent service. I’ll definitely be back and bringing my friends with me!

They helped me to decide on the perfect design + color and did it efficiently in no time. Absolutely loved Tony and Hannah. They were absolutely amazing today!

5 /5 Mary Bird: My first experience here was amazing. Amy the nail technician did a beautiful job cutting my cuticles and the regular French tip. I loved that they had different levels of service for manicure service and I got the royal manicure because I enjoy the extra massage with it, and it was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep during the sugar scrub and hot stone. I was able to book online easily and last minute. Everyone was so nice and I will definitely be back.
