5 /5 Karma Campbell: I’ve been coming here for 4 years & i recommend this place to EVERYONE! I refuse to go anywhere else . It doesn’t even matter who’s doing my nails they all do amazing job. They get me right in very quickly With no wait time ever. They serve few drinks and make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. This is my most favorite nail salon I’ve ever experienced!! I love it here !!

1 /5 sis: if i could give a negative star rating i would. i got my set done 8 days ago, not ONLY have they already started chipping and pealing, but they charged me $97 for a medium acrylic with a french tip??? i’ve gotten cheaper for toes and a longer acrylic set under $80. on top of that i have no nail growth whatsoever so why are my nails cracking already?? will NEVER come back again and i HIGHLY don’t recommend.

1 /5 Ava Arjmand: I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and never had an issue. I thought I had the simplest request by going next-door to support this business that is right next to my house. See the pictures below this is exactly how I left the nail salon. Why? LINA Was the lady that came to help me? I told her very simply that I would like a full set put on with acrylics OVAL shape and French mani. How hard is this?! Not at all you may say.... the most basic request. As she was working on the shape, I kept telling her that she was doing the shape wrong, so I was guiding her to put more acrylic powder in different areas to make it oval & more full in the nail bed. She got mad and cut down the entire nail to this point to where no one else could help reshape on her behalf and instead I wasted 90 mins of my time this morning having to soak and have it all removed. When speaking to the manager, Tuyen he couldnt have cared less about me as the customer. He huffed and puffed. I was walking out and ran into the owner, Trish.... she was apologetic and I told her how unprofessional and awful Lina was. She offered for me to go back this evening and have someone else do it. We shall see what happens next. Stay tuned! WARNING- there are plenty of great nail salons that treat their customers with respect and professionalism. I dont care how long this place has been here they did the absolute opposite and this woman, LINA is awful. Beware!

1 /5 Lea Royce: Yesterday, January 27, at 7 PM, I visited this nail salon with my husband for a manicure and nail extensions. Initially, everything seemed ok, but then the technician accidentally cut me with a nail cutter, causing my finger to bleed—first on one hand and then on the other. At first, she acted as if she didn’t notice, so I had to insist that she disinfect the wound with alcohol. It took her about five minutes to do this. I then noticed blood on another finger of my other hand and had to request that she disinfect that finger as well. But she definitely wasnt in any rush to disinfect another finger either. If I hadn’t asked her to do this, she would have simply continued working without caring that she had cut me and caused me pain. I would rather not have any nails than receive such poor service. I am genuinely concerned about potential infections or other issues since there was absolutely no hygiene practiced in the salon. The towels were dirty, and the tools looked like they had never been sterilized—no sanitization was done after each client. Instruments must be sterilized after each client or provided new in sealed packaging. Some salons prioritize speed over hygiene, which poses a risk of transferring infections and diseases to clients. I don’t understand how such establishments are allowed to operate with a license. These places are a source of infection and should be shut down. I do not recommend them to anyone! All this “amazing” manicure, nail extension, and French style, along with the cuts on two of my fingers, cost me $85. Im not concerned about the price; I’m concerned about the dirtiness and the lack of sterilized instruments. I hope that I wont get infected with anything because of your anti-hygiene. It shouldnt be like this!!!!
