2 /5 Gabrielle Gusmerotti: Been here before and had a good experience, but didn’t enjoy my visit this morning. Firstly, my nail tech was not very nice at all - I received grunts instead of words, which was pretty odd. Additionally, she kept rubbing her nose with her bare hands and then working on my manicure. I could literally see her snot dripping down her face, watch her wipe it, and then grab my hands to continue. Her application of the gel nail polish was similar to if I had attempted my manicure at home. It involved a lot of cleanup around my nails after it was applied. Overall, I won’t be back. I understand allergies or a cold, but wear gloves and use tissues (not the back of your hand). To top it off, they do not allow you to tip with your card - only cash?
One last note, they seem to have a pretty small supply of gel nail polish. Other nail salons have lots of options and even cat eye, jelly nails, etc. This salon only has very basic plain colors and some glitter polishes.
Editing as I see your response: I went to Lush Nails & Spa in Ansley Mall and my nail technician DID NOT wear any gloves nor a mask. Feel free to ask around or check your cameras - I sat at table 6 on Friday morning.
