5 /5 K M: Went for my first time today, and was not disappointed! I didn’t have an appointment, but I called ahead and they said they accepted walk-ins! I was seated as soon as I arrived. I’m not sure what his name was, but the man who did my nails did an excellent job! Very kind and welcoming.

5 /5 Melissa Capocci: It’s always a pleasure coming to this salon. Every time I call to make an appointment they know just who I am from the sound of my voice. They do a fantastic job on my nails and have a special place in my heart. Update: yesterday I went to get a gel fill and it was a horrible weather outside. Lightning ⚡️ thunder and terrible winds. The rain was literally sideways. The staff was so concerned about us and if we had umbrellas, and how far we were driving after we left. This salon isn’t just a salon. They are extended family. They are my “cheers bar” they place I go to relax and unwind from a stressful day.

1 /5 Tammy Watkins: This was my 2nd time here. The 1st time i came in, Cindy did my nails and they were good. This time, Jocelyn was available. Ive had my nails done for 20+ yes and never have i had someone so HORRIBLE. Lets start with i have healthy natural nails with SNS. She used the electric file for every part of my service, my nails were so thinned when she was done. When she cut my skin with the file, she said its bcuz its so cold outside. I had been there 20mins and im from buffalo, ny, never has cold caused a file to cute my skin. She put the sns on, and asked my shape preference, i said square round. She then made them round. When i reiterated square round, she then filed down my whole nail to correct. She was filing so rough, she cut my skin. I asked her not to b so rough, she responded well you are being very particular. I said to her, i am paying for this service, i can be particular but you are cutting my skin. She then insisted that someone else finish my nails. As i was getting up to move, she said sarcastically, welcome to china then smirked. At this time, cindy was available. The sns was so thick on my nails that it had to be soaked off and done again, cindy could not correct her work. In the end, i was still not happy bcuz she had filed off my entire natural nail, so much so that cindy asked if i wanted to add false tips. Jocelyn is the daughter of the owner, i believe, so nepotism has her there. In 20yrs, she is the worst nail tech ive ever experienced in my life. She should never be allowed to work on natural nails and definitely should get some more training. Thee worst ever! The pic of purple nails is before she filed off all my nails. The next 3 pics is her horrible work. The final pic is my very short nails after cindy tried to correct the mess Jocelyn made.

5 /5 Lynn R: I had not gotten a gel manicure in a long time because I am impatient and disliked the tedium of having the old gel soaked off and how the acetone dried my skin. An upcoming event prompted me to have my nails done and I went for the gel. This place received great reviews so I came here. Such a nice service….pillow placed against my back, bottled water, cookies, and a great job on my nails. I decided to keep the gel and went back yesterday to a pleasant surprise - no more soaking off the gel! They brushed something on my nails and the gel came right off!!! My nails look great and they are the nicest ppl. And they gave me delicious Thai bananas! BTW, the polish is a dark navy blue - OPI Russian Submarine.
