I will go back to Lake Joy to get a new crown to replace it. The only thing I would change is to be able to get my crown at Dr. Bridges.

5 /5 Anthony Shackelford: Fantastic experience every time I have been in to see him! great staff that makes you feel welcomed and very comfortable, and he has been very straightforward,and honest about my procedures.Have had two front teeth extracted that were broken and infected, a very large bone graft done, and two implants with another graft To fix a dip in the bone. He has been mindful, and very gentle in the procedures and in my own personal experience I have had no pain after each procedure I believe as a result of his, and his staffs great work!

It is refreshing to see the staff acknowledge the patients in a professional manner instead of gossiping or playing on their phones. Dr. Bridges is very personable. My procedure was actually painless. The 3 month wait for my procedure was frustrating but well worth it!! I cannot say enough kind words about this Amazing practice!!!

My son is on the spectrum and since the beginning theyve made him feel at ease and safe. My daughter has had to have alot of work done. She says Dr. Gilbert is fantastic! They have alot of space and also offer refreshments. Not to mention the kids always leave with a prize, a free meal, or a shirt. They also have a sliding self pay which helps alot. Dr. Gilbert and staff are amazing. I would highly recommend this office.

Kaitlyn Meadors: The place is a scam. Low quality dentist who prioritizes money over actual care. They said I had gum disease and did a scaling procedure. Continued to use the scaler on a part of my tooth not recommended and chipped the enamel on both my from lower teeth. My teeth are worse after than before I went in .I also prepaid for a surgical extraction which they then billed incorrectly using a prepaid fee of $50, a cleaning cost that should have been submitted to insurance, and $150 consult fee for showing up to the procedure so the surgery I paid for was no longer paid for. I went to another dentist who then said I have no gum disease and I fact my gums are so healthy they were hard to clean under! Scam! Run away!

I’m a VA referral, which at times can very difficult working with the VA, however Dr.Amy Lodin and Robin, the VA coordinator, do an awesome job ensuring my continued dental care. Dr. Lodin is always very informative, professional and truly cares about her patients. Stacey, my hygienist, is also very informative and caring ensuring clean healthy pearly whites. Nicole Drennan: While the office staff is friendly, there are several areas that need improvement. Reaching the office by phone is consistently difficult, which complicates scheduling and communication. The waiting area is uncomfortably cold, so be prepared for a long wait—our appointments typically lasted around two hours. During our first visit, my children’s routine cleanings took much longer than expected, and parents were not permitted to accompany young children, which may be concerning for some. On our second visit, my 7-year-old required a numbing injection for a small cavity, but I was again not allowed to be present for support, even just to hold her hand. This policy may not be suitable for families with young or anxious children. We will definitely be switching to a more reputable and "kid-friendly" office.

Ginger Vickery: We have to pay for my daughter’s dental work due to no dental insurance. Dr Poole offers a discount for paying in cash that we take advantage of. We really love Dr Poole being her dentist. He is a really good dentist and he has done a lot of work to safe her teeth. He explained the importance of good brushing and dental floss to her because he is concerned about us spending all that money and it being a waste unless kept clean and maintained. Dr Poole and his entire staff are friendly, polite and professional and we appreciate them so much. I would recommend Dr Poole to everyone and so glad he has been so friendly and professional each time we have been in for a visit. My daughter use to be nervous about the dentist chair but likes Dr Poole and his staff a lot. So thank you all for helping her and keeping visit pleasant.
